Received a pcn which I paid immediately but my daughter also paid it . Trying to contact them is impossible. The two phone numbers I found were automatic payments for parking. Their chat line... See more

Awful and misleading
Sneaky way to rip off people by not really displaying that even though if you spend enough money at Sainsbury’s you park for free, if you stay a minute longer it will cost you at least a £60 fine, no way to pay for extra time on their useless machines, just wait for the letter to pay the inflated fine. Will never park or shop there again, hope it was worth being so inflexible.
Shameful scammers
Shameful scammers. God looks down on you with hatred.
Disgusting Treatment of Disabled Drivers
Euro Car Parks are an absolute disgrace. I'm a disabled driver with a wheelchair user, and they fined me despite paying for parking.
Why? I arrived 8 minutes early and left 8 minutes late. That's the time it takes to get a wheelchair in and out of the car. It's not optional—it's necessary.
I paid for my parking. I appealed and explained my disability. They rejected it anyway.
Euro Car Parks don't care about disabled people. They don't care about basic decency. They only care about money.
They should be ashamed, but clearly they have no shame. Heartless, greedy, and completely unfit to operate parking facilities used by vulnerable people.
Avoid them at all costs. They are an embarrassment.
No response to appeal, utter scam
I raised an appeal on behalf of my mother and her of partner (in their 70's) at the Toby Carvery in Bromley, entered the reg number into the screen at the bar and got a penalty notice in the post.
No response to the appeal so had to pay the rip off £60 fine, I said get the bus in future.
Morrisons Cardiff bay
Went to morrisons carpark left after an hour. Went there again next day parked in the same place. Few days later received a penalty notice from eurocarpark, saying I was parked for 25 hours. The warden must be really stupid. Bur I have appealed as I have video and photos of my vehicle outside my house at the time I was supposed to have been in the carpark. Still waiting for a reply.
I gave 1 star because no choice for zero rating. Euro carpark employ someone who has a brain.
AVOID EURO PARK CAR PARKS
I was issued a £60 parking fine after briefly stopping at the entrance of a pub car park to check my map, as I was lost following a road diversion. I work as a home tutor, and was trying to get home after finishing my shift around 8.30 pm in the evening. I wrote an appeal explaining the situation. I explained that as a lone woman in the dark, I didn't want to leave my car. I suppose I was panicking a little and genuinely didn't see the signage at the very back of the car park (which I would have needed to get out of my car to see and read). I offered to pay the parking fee (which would have been £1), but my appeal was rejected and I had to pay the demand of £60. Reading the reviews on here, this 'company' are clearly dodgy scam artists, and I'm baffled as to how they are continuing to get away with it ...
Scumbags
Scumbags. I hope karma gets you all for preying on individuals in a cost of living crisis.
Disgraceful money robbing company
Paid for 2 hours of parking and still received a parking charge notice even though I parked there for 10 minutes. Absolute disgrace
Discusting greedy company took me to…
Discusting greedy company took me to court without me even knowing about it and before I could challenge the court case, it had already been heard and settled, I had been given a CCJ on my credit file. The only way to remove the ccj from my credit file was to pay £292 within 10 days of being given the ccj then I could apply to have it removed, paying this was not possible for me at the time, so now i have bad credit again after finally getting a decent score on my file.
Don't use their car parks, simple.
Fine issued, impossible to find evidence though I know the timings are incorrect. I have been aware of them issuing these letters to pensioners before, all issued in January, but relating to the rushed days before christmas. The letters are "issued" 23 Dec, arrive 1st week of January, giving 2 or 3 days for you to pay the "reduced fine".
Car Park: The Broadway - Bedford
I entered the car park at 10:55:45 am (* Less than 5 minutes after car park entry).
Paid time from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Left the car park at 12:08:34 pm (**Less than 10 Minutes after paid time expiry) according to the car park camera record.
To be honest, I never used this car park before. Moreover, one of the payment machines did not work and I had to ask for help from the other parking service users.
Since the parking lines are very narrow, I had to step out of the car twice to make sure I don't use extra space from the adjacent parking slots.
Since this was the closest car park to the GP's office, I decided to use their service.
In my opinion, reasonable and responsable company would allow a turnaround time of 15 min (safe and correct parking, payment, leave the car park), even though it's not a legal requirement.
The current company stated in the initial PCN letter that I did not have a payment for the particular day at all.
Wrote an appeal which was rejected on 02-01-2026.
I am taking the matter further to POPLA and The British Parking Association.
If the POPLA rejects my appeal, I will take Euro Car Park to the court. I have enough mental and financial capacity to fight this.
I strongly believe that one can learn in life from difficulties and obstacles.
Since the Euro Car Park is a member of the BPA, they have to comply with the "Good Practice Code".
" Period (Entry/Turnaround)
This is the time allowed for a motorist to enter the car park, read the terms and conditions on the signage, and decide whether to park or leave.
*Minimum Time: The industry's Code of Practice requires a minimum 5-minute consideration period. During this time, a parking charge cannot be issued if the driver chooses not to park and exits the car park.
**Grace Period (After Parking)
This is the extra time allowed after a driver's paid-for or permitted parking time has expired.
Mandatory 10 Minutes: Members of the main trade bodies (British Parking Association and International Parking Community) must provide a 10-minute grace period after the parking period ends before issuing a fine. "
The ECP company has broken the Good Practice Code which gives me a legal ground to file a complaint not only with the POPLA, but also with the British Parking Association.
The current practice of the company reminds me of the former employer who was unethical and sometimes even illegal in terms of charging customers extra fees for missed/delayed appointments.
The current company is on it's last leg and probably in severe financial difficulties.
Also, the company shareholders and stakeholders are very greedy most likely.
In my opinion, a collective complaint must be filed against Euro Car Park Company due to reckless and unethical practice. The current company is not there to help the drivers but serve their own financial purpose only.
It's only a matter of time before this company is being boycotted by the drivers.
Shame on you owners and the CEO of Euro Car Park.
I will never use their service again, unless they apologize in writing and improve their service.
Since fighting the current matter is time consuming and stressful, not every one would write a complaint and/or dispute PCN; however, I want to be a voice for those who keep the grief in silence due to unfair PCN (especially, our elderly drivers, vulnerable adults, mothers with small children, new qualified drivers).
In my opinion, ECP is putting a shadow on the whole Industry.
I can't believe that on the Trust pilot there is not a single 2, 3, 4 and/or 5 star reviews. Predominantly 1 star reviews.
Respectfully,
Mr. Pavels Skudra.
Absolute disgrace
Absolute disgrace. Used one of their car parks, paid via the app and still received a fine. Sent details and screenshot of the payment being taken and my appeal was rejected because their ‘back office’ couldn’t find the payment. Outrageous!! I’m a disabled veteran pensioner, I can’t afford these fines, which is why I paid in the first place!!! I will NEVER use one of their car parks again and encourage everyone to avoid them. SCAMMERS. I shall continue my fight
I parked in a primary care centre for…
I parked in a primary care centre for my 2 week old son to receive a hearing test. Was charged £85 for parking in the designated car park. When I tried to appeal it was very difficult to and I was warned if I appeal I will have to pay the higher fee.
Very disappointing service considering why we parked.
Theft
I left my car for 2 minutes to pick up a delivery at Subway in Liverpool, and they charged me a £60 fine. They robbed me without a shred of shame.
Parking ticket after faulty ticket machine
Tried to pay for parking and the machine froze on me after tapping my card and it was authorising the payment the screen froze for about 5mins then said wasn’t working . ( I sent a pic in of this ). The money was also pending from my account . Sadly I didn’t take a pic of this . Tried to pay on another machine and it wouldn’t allow me to .
I appealed the decision as I got a ticket and it got rejected and I had to pay it. It’s not my fault their machine wasn’t working and was faulty on this day .
Disgusted with this out come . I was happy to pay the parking charge . But if I thought I paid and the machine wasn’t working and I tried on another machine and it wouldn’t let me . What more was I to do . Disgraceful service .
Scammers
Scammers. Parked in the supermarket car park. Forgot to scan their ticket for free parking. Called the supermarket and was advised nothing needed to be done and it had been sorted. Get a debt recovery message and Euro Car Parks REFUSE to speak with me, have no customer service rep to speak with, their online form doesn't work and they have no email address to contact. I didn't get any initial notices due to a DVLA mess up which is in a formal complaint process at the moment, but Euro Car Parks are a ridiculous company - I have evidence I called and spoke with the supermarket as soon as I got home - they should have call recordings. Euro Car Parks refuse to do anything. Ridiculous
Disgrace of a company
I paid for parking on their app which automatically came up with the carpark no. I paid for 4 hours thinking we’d go for lunch which we didn’t, so were 35 minutes. They sent us a parking fine which we appealed. They rejected this on the grounds we apparently paid for parking on the adjacent ground although the app came up with the number. An absolute disgrace of a scamming company which needs to be investigated AGAIN. Absolute disgrace of a company and the land owners who use them.
I can't put 0 unfortunately
I can't put 0 unfortunately, their payment system sucks ON EVERY LEVEL!! Physical machines out of order, the app won't work, we were visiting the ONLY business left in Swindon Regent Circus to eat so I said I will retry once I connect on WiFi in case it's my signal, I paid part of the parking time plus extra to try and cover the difference to avoid a ticket but it wouldn't let me select that start time in the past. NO YOUR CARPARK ISNT PAY AND DISPLAY WHEN THE MACHINES DON'T WORK AND YOU ONLY USE CAMERAS TO VALIDATE ENTRY AND EXIT, LIKE 99% OF CAR PARK ON THE PLANET YOU SHOULD ALLOW US TO SELECT START TIME IN THE PAST IF THE VEHICLE IS STILL IN THE PREMISES!!! Even after getting a PCN, for a parking I attempted to pay but only managed to do partial payment their payment system doesn't work either, after attempting to pay the PCN with 3 different cards I got fed up and did an appeal providing my evidence of attempts of payment, they simply rejected it using a premade template they have and just change the PCN and licence plate not even looking at my evidence. So for 1 extra pound of parking, that I wanted AND tried to pay, I now had to pay £100 on Christmas eve. I really wish whoever is responsible of this system to get what they deserve, I know their bank account is big but I do hope karma will be there for them. It's one thing to leave without paying, I agree they need to have a PCN issued, it's another to try to pay on-site, online at the site and then even the PCN and have this experience and the appeal not even really reviewed by a human being. It was either AI or someone who is instructed to decline these since most people won't have the time and patience to take them to court. Maybe something like a class action lawsuit they do in the US would be great for this company, and then take all that money from the owners' bank accounts to pay back the people for the horrific experience.
Scum bags
Scum bags, stopped in their car park to change my 3 year old daughters nappy. Was in there for 19 minutes. They refused my appeal, now taking me to court. Disgusting excuse of a company, where's their compassion.
I wish you NOT Merry Christmas idiots
