Predatory

Deliberately use pay on exit parking in the hopes people forget and they can catch them out

Shameful!!!

If it were possible to rate this company below zero, I would give them minus five stars. They are nothing but scammers. The company deliberately withholds both an email address and a telephone number, because they know they couldn’t handle the flood of complaints from customers they’ve cheated. It’s a disgrace that any business would allow Euro Car Parks to operate on their property. How can any supposedly legitimate company function without providing a way to be contacted? Shameful.

Allow extra time to avoid fines

Time starts and ends when you drive past the camera, not when you pay, which means you don’t actually know how long you’ve stayed. No leeway given for time spent queueing, parking, or getting babies/buggies in and out of the car. I now avoid this car park, and the Sainsbury’s it belongs to, because of being fined twice for staying longer than 2 hours.

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. We went to chruch on Christmas Eve. We paid for parking for one hour as this was the only option on the machine. It would not let you pay more. Other people in the car park were in the same situation. There was an emergency where a 999 call had to be made. We sent all the details including receipt of payment but it is impossible to speak to anyone to explain the situation. We tried to appeal but only got a generic response. Please avoid parking on these premises at all cost.

Unable to park, in car park 12 minutes and received a fine

I entered the Upper Parliament Street, Nottingham car park in my polestar 4 - it is marginally wider than a standard car. The turns in the car park to go up and down the ramps were extremely tight, worsened by long vehicles being parked by the entrance to the ramps. It took 2 people outside the car to help me navigate the 3 ramps i had to use once i had entered to get out. I found no appropriate parking space, was a nervous wreck trying to negotiate getting out of the place, was in there for 12 minutes, never entering a parking space - £60 fine! The appeal system is skewed to discourage appeal as you then have to pay £100. Outrageous. Feels like a scam. No way to communicate with them on the phone. I will never use one of their car parks again. Go elsewhere is my advice.

Scammers

Just a bunch of scammers Always parked in a Morrison car park where I live Did not see that this thieving company had introduced a few signs saying only 2 and half hours before having to pay Xmas week so big shop then leisurely coffee with a friend in the Morrisons cafe Saw the signage as I was about to leave so paid for another hour Still got a fine which I appealed sent evidence of the payment still turned my appeal down I did think of taking it further but like so many people just couldn’t be doing with the hassle Will never park in one of their car parks again and Morrisons will loose a valuable customer to boot Watch out for these money making scammers

My car was photographed entering the car park at Marks and Spencers food hall in Harrogate, and photographed leaving the following day. The erroneous assumption was made that I had been parked between the two times. Attempting to appeal took me round in circles,so I have written to the company with my assertion the the arrival and leaving photos referred to two different occasions, and am awaiting a reply. I am about to write to the manager of M&S Leeds road Harrogate to suggest that the permission for Eurocarparks be rescinded due to possible adverse effects on their business.

Disabled parking bay covered in snow and ice

Parked on a cold snowy day at not too often used Sainsburys in Handforth
Came back to find ticket o windscreen timed about 20 minutes after arriving.
The car park was covered in snow and ice which covered all the parking bays thus also apparently covering the Disabled markings.
I took photos of the snow covered bays and submitted an appeal.
I received what was obviously a standard rejection asking me to pay the £60.00.
This company gives NO leeway or consideration whatsoever.
Disappointed that will live in a world that is purely driven by opportunist profiteering

Misleading signage pressured me to pay unnecessarily

I visited the O’Neill’s Watford managed by Euro Car Parks. There were multiple signs about ANPR enforcement and the need to pay for parking, so I reasonably assumed payment was mandatory to avoid a penalty. I paid via RingGo by card.

Only after entering the pub did I discover that customers are entitled to free parking by entering their vehicle registration inside the venue — information that was not displayed anywhere in the car park itself. This is a misleading omission of material information at the point of decision.

Good for profit, bad for an ethical business practice - the signage and communication at this car park fail to meet reasonable standards of transparency and clarity. Do not aware pay unnecessarily.

Absolute rip off merchants

Absolute rip off merchants. Its clear why they have a rating of 1 from everyone. Charging £100 for less than an hours parking where the ticket was forgotten to be purchased due to having the kids with me. I won't be using their car parks again so £60 (so called discount of £40 for paying in 14 days) down the drain for me but a lot more for them in the future.

Outrageous company! Sends a spam looking message 6 MONTHS LATER!

Absolutely disgusting company that ultimately do not care! I overstayed my car park time less than an hour because my car BROKE DOWN in the car park whilst I was taking my partner to hospital! This was in July 2025... 6 MONTHS LATER in DECEMBER I receive a dodgy message on my phone with barely any information that was marked as spam! 6 MONTHS LATER... It didn't even include the date, where it was, when it happened and I hadn't been out recently when the message came through. Next thing I know, 2 weeks later I receive a debt collection letter for £170 saying I've lost the chance to appeal! I didn't even know anything about the situation until the letter came through. This is absolutely disgusting. There's no way to talk to this horrible thieving company to even discuss it. Absolutely vile and would not recommend. Completely unethical!

They are thieves.

Never ever park on their car parks. Anywhere. When you see them, just think that they are not even exist so you won't even give a second thought to consider. It is way better to walk a mile away than even considering to park your car in theirs. They are purely thieves. Just put it that way. Simple. You don't need to know the pain of us people who've dealt with them. The people who work for this company are a disgrace, knowing they feed themselves and their families by stealing and giving stress to other human beings. It's just a matter of time, God will dealing with them and this company.

Absolute thieves

Absolute thieves.
I arrived at Hilton hotel, parked my car. As a diamond member, I went into the hotel to enquire about parking, checking if my status would include the parking. It did not. I went outside and paid £30 for 24 hours. I then set the timer as I did not want to exceed the time. The company unhelpfully doesn't offer any other timeslots (only 24h options), so I could not extend by 1 or 2 or 4 hours (if needed). The next day, 24 hours later, I moved my car to a different car park (at additional cost). I then got a PCN in the post a few days later. I exceeded the 24 hour period by 12 minutes. This happened to be the time from when my car entered the car park, and NOT the time from when I bought the 24h ticket .
Avoid them if you can, but since they own car parks, you sometimes won't have a choice.

We parked at the Riverside SC Evesham

We parked at the Riverside SC - Evesham site on 28/12/25 (Sunday) at 14.29. The parking area was run down and looked derilict with no clear information on rules or payment rates. We were uncomfortable as our vehicle was virtually the only on there and with no security and very poor lighting. We left the parking at 14.40 - 11 MINUTES!!! and received a penalty notice for £100.00. This is extortion and
