Update to my original post, read to the end. Original post: 'I ordered 20 metres of 150mm ogee skirting and today received 20 metres of 100mm ogee skirting, I gave two stars because delivery was very quick and the 150mm internal and external corners that I ordered did actually get delivered. Shame the corners and the skirting don't match. Will obviously be contacting the branch first thing tomorrow to get this sorted. My first order with Eurocell, not impressed.' Update - Managed to speak to Mark at the branch the following day, he was really helpful and apologetic, got the incorrect skirting picked up and the right stuff delivered same day. Top man, and top marks for how easy it was to sort the problem. Anyone can make the mistake of picking the wrong item and it was easily sorted. Now I'm impressed!!

Called in today for bathroom ceiling cladding Jacob was extremely helpful as I didn’t have a clue on what was available and what to buy I will use this company again in the future

The people in the local branches at Kendal and Morecambe were extremely helpful as were the staff on the central helpline. A good company to do business with

Ordered online needed it quickly so called the Harrogate branch spoke to Gemma who called me back to confirm they would deliver tomorrow. It arrived at 8.30am the next morning fantastic customer service. Very happy customer.

Visited Chester branch, not certain what products we needed, Jacob was very knowledgeable and happy to guide us through the process of the work we were undertaking to make sure we had all the necessary parts, screws etc to complete the job without making a 2nd trip! Our order was delivered 8am the following morning as promised. Great customer service, will definitely be visiting Eurocell again for our next project.

Ease of ordering online & almost everything I required was in stock ready to collect

Just had a beautiful garden room supplied and built by Eurocell and can’t recommend them enough. From first enquiry right through to the end, they were spot on. Robin Iles came out to see me and immediately put me at ease, listening to exactly what I wanted and making the perfect recommendations. The delivery crew and builders are a credit to Eurocell, they worked tirelessly on very hot days. Kerry and Michelle kept me updated every step of the way too. Thanks to everyone.

I think Eurocell is very good because PVC products are of high quality and generally always available to drop in and pickup locally often essential during a job.

Found the fascia and soffit i needed to finish my garage project. Easy website to use and find the products I needed. Now just waiting for delivery

Great service

Eurocell provides outstanding service! My order was relatively small (a 5 m length of upvc window trim plus fastenings et) but the ordering and subsequent collection process was very efficient - order was placed online at 11:16 yesterday, a personal telephone call(so much more refreshing than a text message) informing me that my order was ready for collection at 11:45 - beat that!
The young lady who served me ath the Farlington depot could not have been more helpful. I had anticipated that I would need to "poke" the 5 m trim through my open sun roofto transport it home but was pleasntly surprised when the lady kindly coiled up the trim to easily fit into my vehicle- thank you!
I would highly recomment this company particuarly as they stock a very comprehensive range of lengths and widths of trim. I needed a length of 5 metres - but most DIY stores stock a maximum length of only 2.5 m. Will definitely use again.

Quick service

I went to the Sheffield Attercliffe branch and a guy called Aaron helped me we everything l needed regarding cladding a garden room.
He was extremely helpful and advised me on what l needed and how to do it.
