Been a mostly regular customer since september 2021 so review will cover an overall experience.
At a first glance - eurochems seems a fairly professional and well organized RC vendor and has been such many times that I have ordered using their service, yet as of late they can only be described as nothing short of aloof, unprofessional and lackluster. Disorganized customer support that leaves you feeling empty until you finally receive another email from them with yet again asking for the same details over and over again to the point of feeling utter desperation and helplessness. With that said however they always deliver,but is it worth your nerves and mental health is what you should consider. I kid you not roughly speaking last 5 orders I nearly instantly have to go to their customer support (worst of all you can't even call them) on matters such as tracking numbers or delays or even sometimes a package that never shipped despite receiving and email. My worst experience so far is the one I'm going through and it involves me using the Bitcoin discount. Me being a crypto noob I always use these unfair poor exchanges which require ridiculous fees, so some days ago on a miscalculation on my part I sent them less due to the said fee I did not account for .quickly got into custom service chat and was told to just pay the difference and so I did and shortly after received a update on order being processed. All was well it seemed until I checked the status again in the morning and again it was on hold instead of processing . made a ticket asap asking what is it again and was told to pay the difference again. Nearly smashedy phone. Provided proof of transactions via image upload site since their archaic website crashes if you try to upload a image attached to a ticket. Still waiting on response . Spent 150 altogether euros and I think this time im not getting anything as their system is ridiculously arbitrary that it's laughable . In conclusion the site is run by teenagers pretending to be adults.

Ordered 13th July, 1 week later, still no product, had to chase, promised it would be delivered after raw materials arrived the following week...no products after week2, excuse was they had COVID, gauranteed to be delivered by wed the following week...shock...it's now Fri (4 weeks since order) and still no delivery, shambles of a company

Placed an order talking to the live support agent, 5 days later no tracking number no return from support and the live support agent is gone off the website… seems to be a scam 100€

I bought by them before 3 times, the last purchase in March 2022 I spent quite a lot of Euro on a large order.There was NO option for "insurance of purchase" and more than 3 months late they refuse to resend...how stupid of them, i told them that mistakes happen, in the future i would make an even larger order...they stole a lot of money from me...Do NOT buy from these theives

they stole 100 euros from me, don't buy there, they are ordinary thieves.

They are legit and with top products.

I havent shop here for 1-2 years because other shops, byt Eurochems has Pyrazolam back and its 3mg now.

Il make an order directly, sadly it was stopped in custom and get destroyed.
On Eurochem they told me not to make clean mail first try so....

Then Eurochems give me a new chanse, so the kind people behind Eurochem give me a present i never gonna tell anyone, i still pay but it was good for both of us! NEW ORDER :) Same Pyrazolam, but now its DPD, not just mail!
4 days later, when i shop food i got a message and there they was!!!!!!
THANKYOU all of you on Eurochems.net for this kindness against me, and i have proof from custom that it was sent an ordinary mail, and DPD was on only 4 days and give me my loved Pyrazolam to research on and they was strong i find out!

I will change this review if they end up actually being legit, but id recommend going to rcchemicallabs.com they are legit plug with overnight delivery services

One sample of designerbenzo's was a water-soluble compound without any effects. The others where self composed mixtures of long acting benzodiazepines or mixtures that did contain a psychedelic substance and I went crazy and did suffer from amnesia.

In fact, these molecules are indeed different then what they pretend. They are very productive too :)))))

This site it's almost identical in name(EuroChems.eu-EuroChems.net) One is to avoid at any cost never even consider to order something if you love your life!!!Then the totally different,opposite way is EuroChems.net in my 4 years of purchasing regularly from them never had any issues...yes in 4 years some orders didn't come (3or4)but they always refund me in store credits! Customer support it's on a totally new level never had a bad thing to say just good things.So don't be scared of this copy name company and whoever didn't get the product I have just one thing to say:"YOU ARE THE LUCKY ONE"image to receive your products and all of your beloved test mouse die of it....So to end this review in stile you are in charge of your health but remember there are beloved ones around you.

Scam! I paid extra for insurance and tracking and the order never arrived.

Thieves. Orders don't arrive. They do not give a refund. I am getting my lawyer involved. Avoid at all costs!
