BE WARNED - Total Fraud Dating Platform. My mother (70yo) signed up for a $34 trial offer and ended up losing $7,800 in 5 weeks. When she noticed all the withdrawals, she contacted eurodate.com customer service and was told this was because the site automatically enrolls you in auto withdrawals when you sign up (via a tiny little check box, at the very bottom of the page). They took every last cent from her bank account. Still can't believe this website is allowed to operate. Hoping by posting this information, it may prevent someone else from falling victim to their money gouging practices.
She already contacted supportateurodate.com re. Profile ID: 101758835231 numerous times to no avail. She has since contacted police re. all these unauthorised withdrawals.

Absolutely terrible. I cancelled my membership they still took my money had to go through my bank to get it back. Such a bad company

I switched to this site after bad experience with a different one where I was contacted by an impersonator who chatted and exchanged mails with me using fake pics stolen from the internet, kept love bombing me and mirroring back what I was writing. Only adding further seductive details to keep me hooked. And make me spend loads of credit points in a short period of time. As the VERY FIRST person I came across on EuroDate was doing the same, I wanted to cancel my recurring subscription and delete my profile. NEITHER OF WHICH WAS POSSIBLE. I wrote an extra email to their customer service, with no avail. And I read on the internet afterwards that loads of people suspected this site was full of fake profiles & impersonators and / or AI responses to their messages. I gave one star to the site because giving ZERO stars was not possible. Because what they are doing is absolutely atrocious.

This site is an authentic farce!
Don’t trust! I want my money back! Spam

This is scam website. They will drained your money & credit so that you keep buying credits points. Why can’t we just sign up for monthly membership fee.

Why does everybody on here seem AI generated? Or like a paid member of staff.. to get you to subscribe so you can keep talking to them? Is anyone on here real? I'm so glad I didn't put in any card details in. what I don't understand is how this can keep being advertised everywhere. It's false advertising, because you're not meeting real people.

Hi Eurodate,
I was initially enjoying the app but I've decided to take a pause on online dating. I've tried to delete my account many times, but I've not received any email for final confirmation.

It's just a moneymachine. Nothing else. I seriously doubt the females are real. The, well, women I was in contact with, all seemed programed just like they were hired to answer. They were all trying to get me to open pictures and videoes. I just had to pay first and it's f.cking expensive and all their videocalls? It costs a fortune. When I tried to get them in to another chats, the standard answer was, I don't know you well enough, I'm not comfortable to give my personal informations to you and so on. Yeah, right. Well, I ended up with absolutely nothing, but an empty wallet. And yes, this is nothing but a money machine. Delete your profile? It seems almost impossible. I'm not sure my profile are deleted and I honestly don't care anymore. I really wish sites like these, will be closed for good because I refuse to believe it will change to the better, so my advise is, STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THESE SITES.

Complete SCAM. Barraged with 300+ messages/day. CONSTANT requests for “video chat” at 10-15 credits per minute that will suck money from your wallet like a vacuum cleaner. Today, I received the exact same message from three individual women at the same time requesting live chat. The company claims no AI bots. LIARS! Avoid this site and ANY from Sol Networks. Crooks.

100% AI or scripted. also they dont delete your profile. I gave them a thousand reasons to delete my profile, look at the reply. The customer service asks for so much free labor for nothing. The customer service is also scripted and useless. They are malicious, dont ever start. If you got the credits via Play store you can get a refund within an hour.

Fake site. Scammers. Should have read reviews here first before I got on this website. Same script with every one I chatted with. They won't go offline for private video chats, use same lines "I don't know you well enough", the men won't answer your questions, they focus back on you. When someone says they "love you" within days of talking to you, that's a huge red flag, you know it's a scam. Trying to delete my account, cancel my subscription but no where in manage accounts does it say cancel membership, trying to get my card info removed is difficult. Received email membership was canceled and my account still won't delete. Called their customer service and was told membership is canceled and said my account would be deleted. Monitoring my card very closely. The company is making their money easily. Credits don't last. Huge rip off.

This and all of this company’s sites are complete SCAMS. Two weeks ago I received the EXACT same letter from THREE different women on this company’s DIFFERENT PLATFORMS at the same time. Clearly an AI generated mailing designed to elicit a response (that would cost credits to respond). This company lies. It is a fraud designed to take your money. Avoid. Run away unless you have money to burn. CROOKS.

I had a 5 minute interest in this dating website, and from my first opinion men are totally brushed like models and almost too good to be true 🫣 after signing on and added my picture it got a bit over powering with messages. I thought _no thank you will not go any further, I unsubscribed straight away and it made me looked at the trust pilot reviews. Glad I looked as my head and heart thought yes it is a rubbish so called dating site, will never entertain in a million years. Thank you trust pilot, you made me think twice 👍. Good luck to anyone who tries to use this type of site.

It's fake app and site with many fake profiles to try make you spend money. Everything you do in that app/web take credit ( credit you get through your money), even one message or see picture you must have credit, it's extremely unreasonable for that. If you find someone you believe they're real, invite them use another app to talk, you will know whether they're real or not, becz if someone feel interested in you, they will use other app, if not, you know why ( thry try to keep you in this app to take your money), you find and read its term about using credit, you will see it's extremely unreasonable. BE CAREFUL, IT'S NOT WORTH TO SUBCRIBE OR SPEND ANY YOUR PENNY
