Eurofins are the worst company I have tried to deal with in my 58 Yr life they sent me 50 miles away to one of there covid drop boxes to find out when I got there it had been closed for over a week consequently in my covid test result not arriving in time to board a cruise ship they blamed royal mail although it was them who told me to post it in royal mail box when there's was closed,we lost all cruise money because we was denied boarding eurofins do not want to know very incompetent company afford and all costs.
Save yourself money and stress
Ordered 4 x tests at a cost of £160 - but due to family circumstances, only needed to use 2 - wish we hadn’t bothered! … results did not arrive in time which resulted in a 45 minute call to the company only to be told there was not trace of the tests - had to re- book flight and pay £260 for 2 new tests that guaranteed next day results. Then received results from Eurofins 2 x days after arrival in destination (absolutely useless at this point) … was promised 2 x replacement tests (which did not arrive) and then when e-mailing to request refund of the £80 was directed to their terms and conditions and refused refund - would NOT recommend this company or use them EVER AGAIN - save the stress and your money and book elsewhere !!
Never ever use Eurofins
Completed and submitted a fit to fly PCR test via post on 31st January for my flight on 4th February. Test was sent to incorrect facility and lost in transit. Was offered a partial refund as some sort of compensation but was not informed by customer service that a partial refund would cancel my account. I’m 6 months pregnant, and because of Eurofins I was unable to fly home, lost £610 on flights and accommodation and customer service would not offer any compensation with supervisor barely even offering an apology. Would never ever recommend Eurofins to anyone.

I ordered a PCR test which should have arrived 4th January order pi_3KDs9REhNbZ2bB6C04Mx8lT0. I never received it and have requested a full refund. I received a reply from eurofins advising they can offer refund but want to minus a GBP15 admin fee ???
WHAT ??? why should i pay an admin fee when I have not received what I purchased ???
How can they dare ask for an admin fee, the problems and stress these tests have caused me ?????? I have spoken with citizens advice and I am entitled to a full refund...looked at my email today, Eurofins have had the nerve and gone ahead issuing me a refund minus £15 admin fee. This is one for the newspapers definately

Fit to fly PCR test booked for Sunday 9th Jan in Cheltenham, for a flight departing 11/1 to Thailand.
Arrived after 50 minute drive from home to find the cabin in Asda car park closed.
As I was on the phone to them Eurofins called and sent an email to advise they were not open - I knew that!
They offered an appointment that afternoon in Cardiff. I declined and had to book a very expensive same day test for the 12th. They say they will refund but no compensation! Not even for wasted time and petrol let alone the same day test I had to book elsewhere.
Appalling customer service - stay well clear if you need test to travel.

And had to book and pay for 3 retests
just got back and got hold of eurofins who cancelled our previous bookings arranged refunds
And did tests lovely staff in their little hut in cardiff

I wish I have read reviews before buying the test! Disgraceful experience. I have booked 2 tests for me and my husband. They didn't deliver our results. With the current rule that you need to self-isolate until you have results I would not risk booking with them!
1. My husband’s results arrived after 2 weeks and mine never. The customer service told me that I signed terms and conditions that if I receive results whenever then I can't request results. For my test, they told me I have not registered test. But I have done exactly the same thing with both tests, I have registered them when I booked the appointment. It was not self-testing kit; we have done test in the testing centre. So, I don’t agree with their statement that I have not registered my test.
2. The quality of service in the testing centre was outrageous. It was a container in the supermarket parking without a safe and sterile space to make the test, I had to sit on the pavement to do it!
3. The promise on their website was to deliver results in 24-36 hours not 2 weeks. So, they just simply mislead people.
Eurofins on-line system simply isn't working.
What a truly terrible I.T. set up. No passwords seem to be accepted on the Eurofins account, it either it says 'Your password is 'Too simple' or a message 'Both passwords have to be the same' when they are! Gives no detailed guidance on what the password has to be made up of and then my email address doesn't work when it does with anyone else. Forty five minutes to get through to a really nice lady on the phone then she explains 'we have problems with talk talk email addresses and several other providers'. We have had to use a friends hotmail address instead! Then my partner finds out he cannot use Eurofins due to the email address being the same as mine! (you have to have two separate ones). I would suggest that Eurofins need to employ someone that actually knows how to create an on-line system that actually works. No access to my account - yet the only thing that appears to work is immediate deduction of their fee from my bank account. I may end up having to re-do this with another company and forfeit £54 that I have already paid. I am wondering whether Eurofins are actually genuinely concerned having now read many similar complaints? I will probably need to refer this to government and also Money Supermarket as there are serious service issues here.

Had to wait 6 days for our results for our PCR test which was too late for our holiday. Therefore had to pay to do other PCR tests at the airport. I sent about 15 emails and had no response. Trying to get a refund and still no response. Avoid at all costs!
Eurofins Home PCR test
Very sceptical at the moment. Ordered a Self Test PCR test for day 2 arrival. Website claims, test will be sent out next day after receiving order.
Eurofins have taken our money and can see order, but have not sent test. They are blaming Royal Mail for delay in collecting test kits.
Surely, Royal Mail would have a stock somewhere and not colllect individual tests/orders from eurofins.
Been told ro call back later today to check again. At this rate, no christmas as if test gets sent 23/12, arrives on 24/12, taken and sent back 24/12. When will the lab tests be done???

Eventally managed to speak ro the Customer Services department, who said we could go to the local testing site and collwct/drop of a test from there.
Collected/dropped off test early morning and received results later that evening.
So, early experience ws eventually solved.

I have to admit I chose Eurofins as they were one of the cheapest PCR fit to fly options at the time of my search. After having booked and before attending the clinic on Fulham Road in London, I started googling them and read some really bad press and bad reviews here on trustpilot, so became worried. Anyways went and did my test. They told me result normally within 24 hrs. Came through already after 13.5 hrs at 1am. Unfortunately positive test result which was confirmed also with an antigen test at home meaning my ski plans are cancelled. I will happily use them again if I need to, hopefully the result will be negative next time…

Huge loss due to delay in RT-PCR results from Eurofins UK
We couldn’t fly because of delay in getting the RT-PCR test results from Eurofins provider. The flight was scheduled on 7th Dec 2021 at 08:45AM UK time. Given the protocol to have RT-PCR test for all passengers as part of Covid for international travellers, all of four family member did the RT-PCR test on 5th Dec 2021 at around11:30am in Eurofins sampling station and the test person told that the result would come in 24hrs. Some of friends got the results within 12hrs.
We didn’t get the results on 6th Dec as promised by Eurofins by 11:30 am, and we called the Eurofins asked about the updates but they told that we would get the results before mid-night. We called them again and they told that they didn’t have our test samples due to courier not delivered our samples to the testing Lab. We were asking if they can do anything to expedite this. In the mean time, we were searching any test centres in around London who would do the RT-PCR test and give the test results before flight departure. The earlier appointment we got it in Heathrow airport in terminal 5 after 7am on 7th Dec. Considering RT-PCR test results window is 3hrs, it would come at 10am which is after flight departure.
We’d a stressful night so called Travel agent at and updated them at 00:16 AM 7th Dec that we couldn’t make and ask for alternative dates and arrangement. We were discussing what was the next flight and the cost associated with re-arrangement.
We’d been told by Southall travel agent that they would deduct £410 per ticket and that's roughly 70% of total ticket prices.
By all means, slapping us with huge penalty fee of £1640 for 4 family where we didn’t have any part in justice.
Although Eurofins refunded our test costs (order number 2624770,2624781,2624793 and 2624821), I would request Eurofins to refund the flight cancellation charges for not providing the service on time as promised. Airline and Travel insurance advised that they couldn’t cover the liability and Eurofins should take full liability for this. Would you please help here?
Profiteering Crooks - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Terrible user experience - please avoid this company! I purchased my home "test to fly" kit on the advertised turnaround time of 24 hours on Mon - only received my test today on Thursday, so too late for my Sunday flight. After blaming their chosen shipping partner for "Christmas delays", they have offered non-solutions such as a drive through (I don't drive or live near one) or a sampling station (the test turnaround time of which was after my flight departure) and finally announced they would be deducting GBP25 handling charge if I wanted a refund.
What kind of customer service is that? Don't trust these guys for your COVID tests - people want to fly home to see loved ones, but they are cashing in - what an absolute joke of a company!
Disappointing and unreliable
Sent the test over 2 days, and haven't received any confirmation or notification. While I hear other companies are sending results back within 24h, I'm still waiting and isolating while my work is suffering. Stay far from this company and choose more reliable one.
Fast and easy
First time travel since covid. I'm going to dubai. Chose eurofins at random. Went to Bedford to do the pcr test 10am yesterday. Got the results back today at 7am. Very easy. They have an app with the certificate, which I've also printed.
Positive but service could be improved
Had a positive, but slightly average experience. I think timings on the eurofins site are very vague. I understand you can't guarantee results by a certain date or time, but people rely on results being delivered by a certain date/time so i think more transparency is needed. I ordered my day 2 test on the Saturday and I was due to fly home on Monday. On your website it states that the tests are sent out via a 24 hour service, which would mean mine wasn't sent until the Tuesday. Received the test on the Wednesday and posted before 12pm. Result received around 7pm on Thursday. I don't feel there were enough updates via email (or SMS) as I didn't know when it was arriving until 1 hour before it was delivered. The turaround time between sending back test and receiving the result was adequate, but felt like service could have been improved by sending the test kit out the next working day.
