I ordered flowers from Euroflorist…
I ordered flowers from Euroflorist (Order DE23487674) for delivery on 10 January 2026. DHL tracking shows the package was out for delivery but was marked undeliverable and immediately returned to the sender.
The recipient’s contact number was provided, but the delivery driver did not attempt to call, and Euroflorist refused to offer a refund or redelivery, claiming the address was “incorrect,” which was untrue.
This was extremely disappointing, especially for a time-sensitive order like flowers. PayPal had to intervene to get my refund.
I hope Euroflorist improves its delivery service and customer support in the future.
