To bad you can't give 0 stars

too bad you can't give 0 stars. before you choose Eurona, first read all the reviews and don't make the same mistake as many. we had to wait more than 2 months for the equipment, and have now been online for 3 months and the internet is very, very bad. I have now had all the employees of the technical service on the chat, but no one can and wants to help you. They ask you to do a speed test online, which of course gives a bad result. the only answer they give is: sir, your internet is bad! Then they send tips to make your internet faster. A standard list that you can find everywhere online, such as don't connect too much equipment and don't download too much, oh yes, and satellite internet can work less well in bad weather. So much for the possibilities of the Eurona technical service. And then you finally get the question, nice that we could help you. Can we help you with anything else? And the worst thing is that you are tied to the contract for 24 months without the possibility of cancellation.

Estafadores

Aweful service, they lie just to get you as a customer, do not do what they promise they would and afterwards they fine you for canceling the so called contract. I had to speak to 3 different people just to be able to cancel and funny enough the last person I spoke to could actually give the discounts they promised 8 months before. Well, too late now and never again. Horrible download speed for twice the price of Starlink. It really is appaling. Es una estafa. These practices should be illegal.

This company is appalling and everyone…

This company is appalling and everyone please be aware. I emailed them many times at the beginning of 2020 regarding their horrendous download speed and in the end I cancelled my direct debit and emailed Eurona telling them that this is what I was doing. Fast forward 4 years and this week (June 2024) I’ve been sent a court summons as Eurona are suing me for unpaid monthly payments, for a contract that wasn’t fit for purpose, I was unable to use even if I wanted to due to Covid and that I had cancelled. No other communications have been sent by them, no emails, phone calls or letters but straight to a court summons, they are an absolute disgrace so please tell everyone go elsewhere and steer clear of this absolute shambolic company

This is a terrible company

This is a terrible company! I'm constantly having to turn the router off and on. We lose coverage all the time. My wife is unable to work from home as the Internet is so bad. They don't reply to your emails and if you ring them they tell you to ring another number then give you the same number you just rang on. Its impossible to talk to anyone or to get them to fix your coverage. Do not use them!!!

I wish I’d read these reviews before…

I wish I’d read these reviews before going ahead and contracting Eurona for satellite home internet. Our experience has been just as bad as the other reviewers I’m afraid. The engineer cut a cable to our solar system during the installation and they never came back to fix it, despite multiple calls to customer (dis)service.
The connection is slow, with high latency, typically over 30seconds!!!! We can’t watch movies or do internet phone calls, or use a VPN! We specifically asked their sales team if we could continue to use a VPN and they said yes! You can’t!
What a joke, 4G was better than this!

Very slow and regular drop-outs

Very slow and constant interruptions to Internet service. Unfortunately, the customer service agents aren't able to help when you have problems either. All they seem able to do is take you through a reboot process (which you have likely already tried). At one point, it did become stable for a couple of weeks. But a firmware update was applied, after which it failed constantly and they refused to back-out the update. The logs show regular errors, which coincide with service interruptions, but they do nothing with this information. And don't be fooled by promises of government subsidies - after 18 months, their assurance that they will take care of it for me has yet to bear fruit.
I have been running another service for a few weeks along side Eurona and have now cancelled Eurona in favour of the other service as it is lower cost (without any subsidies), more stable, more than twice the speed and with far better control of the equipment.

Horrific customer service (=none whatsoever!!!), double & wrong changes, you cancel and they continue to bill you. The internet itself is VERY VERY slow, won't even allow you to zoom or skype, latency is more than 10 seconds. Stay away from this company - what a horror!

This company is a disaster

This company is a disaster. You can ask all the questions you want, they will never give you any clear reply on anything, all tricks and carelessness.
The customer service people are completely free of any knowledge nor able to handle the simplest requests.
They are not even able to get payments from your account, then they threaten you with cutting off the internet but they won´t reply on any request, you only get a "ticket" email and then some stupid answer after the time they set for cutting you off the service.
Poorest handling I ever experienced with any company.

Unless you never need Customer Service, avoid!

If I could give no stars I would! We became clients in around 2016. At first everything was good. We had Internet and a phone line at our finca.
Then we changed our bank account to a different Spanish bank. We told Eurona. The next month, they took the money from the original bank account. We rang, got an apology. Next month same thing. For 6 months. We gave Eurona a month to get it right. They failed so we changed provider. We tried to get a final bill but every time they sent a bill, it was very incorrect!
Years later we received a Court Order for over 300€! Our Gestor advised us yo pay it if we could.
We have never received an explanation or a breakdown of this amount. Very recently due to my campaign of posting comments on FB ads, Eurona finally sent me a little over 100€.
The WiFi and telephone were good, but the Customer Service is non existent.

Terrible service

THE WORST INTERNET EVER. Terrible service. Hardly works. Always the same with the influx of tourists.
Eurona said that ‘ Everything is ok there end’ But of course they don’t have enough supply. I get almost zero internet, and my usage is minimal. It works ok 3 months out of 12. A complete waste of time, money, energy.
Very very frustrating. Nothing changes with this company. They shouldn’t be operating. Not that it does anyway.

Subscription failure

I've been trying to get in touch for 2 months now to get a subscription, and I can't even manage to get beyond customer service. I have been waiting for months to be called or e-mailed back.
If things are already that bad when it comes to taking out a subscription, I fear the worst for the service when I finally manage to become a customer....
The problem is that there is hardly any alternative, so you are more or less forced to deal with this company that has zero knowledge about customer service and customer binding.

Ilegal Facturas

Terrible internet signal always resetting the router discussed with their technical team several times they were unable to help. In the end on a Zoom Call to the UK I had to reset the router 5 times in 30 minutes so decided to terminate.
I returned the router to Quesada Computers and got a receipt from them but continued to get bills from Eurona. I called them and told them I have returned the router so impossible to use their service.
This week I got an Abogado letter threatening court action for unpaid bills.
I swear this is for 3 months when I had returned the router.
They are a scam company.
Avoid at all costs.

Avoid!

Avoid!! At all costs, this is a scam company who let you pay a ridiculous amount of money for internet speed from 15 years ago.
I chose the 30mbps for 49.95€ per month and what do I get for that? According to the Netflix speed test 2.58 mbps, which is almost impossible to stream! And why the hell am I paying for 30mbps???. And they also get you in a one and a half years chock contract and if you call for help you get some south American scam artists on the phone who are very unwilling to help you.

Just typical for Eurona

Just typical for Eurona, cancel my service in November get a cancellation number and told I have no payment outstanding, cancel direct debit. Receive an invoice today for December saying I have till the 25th of the month to pay the amount or "if you do not make the payment we will cancel all the services contracted through Eurona. In addition all the pending amounts of payment will be claimed until the cancellation date". No wonder I was so surprised when it was easy to cancel. Nothing is ever easy with Eurona!!
This is just a tip of the iceberg with the pain I have been through with them over the years. Stay clear!!

Don't touch them with a bargepole

Similar experience here in the province of Cadiz.
Monday to Friday up to about 8pm the service is acceptable. After that and especially at weekends which is when we use it the connections slows to about 4meg and then cuts out completely. Today is Saturday and it has so far dropped five times.
Technical service used to be good (and used to be 24/7) but now they just tell us it has to go to higher level and that dept. only works Monday to Friday when we are never at home! Current speed is 4.18 Mbps when we have contracted 30. Their own agents recognize that they have overloaded the network. Their solution seems to consist of frustrating long-term clients like us and then suggesting we should leave. Seriously, that was the suggestion from tech support today!
