I ordered a Philips automatic coffee…
I ordered a Philips automatic coffee machine in early January, with in-store pickup.
It was a pretty good deal.
After ordering, I saw in my profile on their website that the product was already being packaged.
Unfortunately, after a week I still received no notification that the product was available for pickup.
After clicking the contact button, I wrote to them, but I didn't receive a response for 3-4 days.
I managed to reach them by phone, where they told me that they would cancel the order.
Apparently, it was supposed to be delivered from the Budapest warehouse to the specified store where I would have picked it up, but the warehouse was out of stock. They then informed me that they would not transfer it from another store.
I ask, how am I supposed to know this? This is misleading to the buyer!
Do not order from here, because then they will tell you that the product is not in stock!
