BEWARE THESE FRAUDSTERS!

BEWARE THESE FRAUDSTERS!! Their positive reviews are from fake accounts!!!

They do not care what parts they send you, and will NOT refund you!!

Even after being told by VW and shops installing the parts, that EP sent the correct part, they will not make right their mistake or refund your hard earned money!

Brother bought a water pump on a Golf from EP. They sent an incompatible unit that was for AllTrac models.

EP claiming it’s the right part, and because it fell after 30 days, they would not refund, even though it was their mistake! Even though he had provided the VIN to them at time of purchase!

Shops can almost NEVER get to a vehicle right away, making the 30 day return a ploy to keep your money!
