Awesome Company!!!

Wow these guys are absolutely awesome! Ordered a K&N Typhoon for my Kia forte. Price was the cheapest I've found compared to every other site. Also, shipping was insanely fast. Took 5 days from the time I ordered it until it hit my mailbox! A++

Bad Communication

Ordered a set of coilovers for my ford Raptor. Placed order and didn't hear back from company at all. I was going to cancel my order then I finally heard from them 2 weeks later. If I never said anything they would have prolly took months to ship it out. Will not buy from this place again. Also product came with scratches but was not going to worry about it because would have been a hassle to deal with them again.

Suboptimal customer support

After posting this review, customer support reached out to initiate my return and I was able to get this issue resolved (2 months later).

Very Reasonable price but…

Reasonable price, sales tax and shipping even better.

Slow shipment initiation and no chance talking to a live person for any post-sale service (that’s why it is only 4-Star).

Drop Shippers With Poor Customer Service

I ordered a Haltech Nexus S2 and their universal 8' flying lead harness from this company because it was on sale. Never again. As far as I can tell, these people are just drop shippers that buy from the manufacturer and sell cheaper because they pay dealer prices. Their customer service takes weeks to respond to emails, if at all, they never pick up the phone regardless of what their hours may say, and they didn't give me any information regarding my order until I threatened a charge back several weeks after placing the order and not receiving any updates. Once they finally answered my email, they tried to pin it on Haltech. Claiming that they were supposed to ship it by a certain date, but EPS would check with their warehouse. The hassle I had to go through was not worth the discounted price, and I can guarantee I will never purchase anything from EuroPartShop again, and I will never recommend this company to anyone.
