Quick pick up from Thessaloniki airport, helpful people in the office and very good price. The cars are good and clean, I have rented them many times. No problems with 'unseen scratches'.

Picking up the car from Athens airport…
Picking up the car from Athens airport took much longer than usual, girl at the airport desk very slow with luck of information, boys at the car park busy with other customers. Fuel tank was 2/8 instead of full as clerk told and note at contract.
Because our plans had changed, we returned the car to Thessaloniki airport (we had already informed Europcar a day before the pick-up) no one said
from Athens desk that the Europcar office is located 2 km outside Thessaloniki airport!!!!!!! we spent 10 minutes trying to locate it. Excellent service from Europcar girl Christina in Thessaloniki, very professional and helpful. Thank you
