I paid a total of Aed 9,000 to Europe Axis for their visa processing services. I was assured that the company would manage my application and support me throughout the process. However, the agency failed to deliver any service, did not initiate or process my visa application and became completely unresponsive to my repeated follow up emails and phone calls. No progress was made qith my application. To make matters worse, the agency has now shut down operations ans is no longer reachable at any of its previous contact points.
I believe I have been a victim of fraud. I was so devastated and disappointed 😞

We must have to launch a FIR against the officials.

We trusted them for our application. We spent our hard earned money for the hopes to go in Canada. But we kept on waiting for the updates until suddenly they are not answering our calls or emails. We went to their office last February 29, 2024, but they were closed. As per other offices, they noticed that they were close for long time and a lot of people are also inquiring about them.

I have been contacting them since January this year. Their last email was January 06 telling me that my exam for IELTS will be booked thus the confirmation will be received 2 days prior exam. Supposedly my exam is scheduled today February 29th, I even contacted the IELTS IDP here in Abu Dhabi to confirm my booking since they were not responding to my emails anymore. Even my consultant name Maliyah is not replying to my wattsapp messages. Hence, no booking was done. My preparation for the exam were all wasted. I visited the office last Feb 27th and 28th and it was still close. The neighborhood offices said operation was stop almost 2 months already. And now I am planning to complain against this company. They took my 10000aed since October 2022.

I have an existing application with Europe Axis and I didn't know that they are closed already. I can't find websites and other accounts. If anyone with existing application please let's file a case for us to get a refund or atleast we can help others not to become a victim. my agent is Cherry (filipina) and Ayaisha (indian). I want these people to get in jail.

How to file a case..i applied for canada last year. I didnt know that they are closed.

This agency is close just last month. Closed their offices, closed or changed their mobiles, made their socmed accts in private, even changed name on it. Just like that, not even a single word from them. And of course, they made sure they will not go empty handed. From last year’s applicants, the highest they took was almost 100k aed. Everything was fake/lies. Waste of time and money from these con artists.

Can anyone guide me now if Europe axis has shut down? And how do I complain about them?

For going to two years now, I have signed up with them, paying 9000 AED cash for Canada AIP/RNIP. Till today, nothing has shown up. Early this year, I have been calling and sending emails to no avail. No one is answering calls or replying to emails. I concluded that they were scams and fake. No one should go for their service in any country they are. I know they are closed in the UAE, I guess.

This is to inform that Europe axis company has run away with 100+ people money in the name of Canada PR. These people are planning to open another immigration agency in dubai and start the same process. If anyone comes across these names please stay away and report to police as they are already registered with compliant to police

They promise many things,after you pay them in full they will just send emails with non sense in it..but there is no service rendered to the client..its been almost 3 yrs that my money was taken but still no result..be careful on this agency guys.date of exerience?.more than 2 years ago
