Costly Booking mistakes were made.
1/23/26 Update to the below review. Europe Express has now reimbursed us for the night and tour we missed.
They booked us to be in Lisbon for 4 nights, but only paid for the hotel for 3 nights. We had to pay out of pocket to have a place to stay that night. They also booked us for an excursion at a time when we weren't in the town yet. No response from customer service to resolve the failures in their scheduling.
