They promised swift delivery of my 2 G series key fobs. When they arrived there was only 1 key and it was for the F series. You cannot contact them as they do not respond and I would not use them as you will only lose your money. I have tried to get my money back but lost it

Complete SCAM!! Do not waste your time, I ordered a 50th anniversary logo in November, it's May. Not legit in ANY shape, form, way or reality. Will not reply to any correspondence it is a 110% rip off 💯

This company is such a scam honestly they really finna shipped something with no tracking number and don’t answer in any form of customer service I called the phone number nothing email them nothing honestly I’m sick of the horrible customer service and don’t order from here scamming ass website smh what a waste of 120 literally like fr u can’t even return the order cause they never respond

A real scam company, I’ve bought bmw logos and received the wrong ones. Emailed them 6 times and just don’t response at all. Very very bad communication and don’t buy because they are fraud

Ordered carbon fibre trim for my C63 thankfully I paid by PayPal poor communication and looking on their website the item was always been processed over a six-week period so I took up a claim with PayPal and got a refund this company is a waste of time

Wish I read the reviews, ordered alot of items, received a weird grey cap, followed up with no response. This is not a legitimate store.

SCAM COMPANY! I ordered a pair of BMW wing mirror covers back in December 2023. Two weeks later I received a small BMW car air freshener. I’ve emailed them several times and no response. I can’t understand why you’d post from California to the UK an air freshener if you’re out to scam people. Anyway do not buy from this company.

Ordered a 4 button key fob for my M2. After waiting weeks I receive an envelope with a tiny BMW emblem. I emailed them and they said they would correct it and then nothing!!

Scammers… ordered $2700 worth of parts(updated lights for my M4). Emailed asking when it would be delivered.
They delivered a wheel cap 6 weeks later and now they are not responding to anything.
They are scammers. Stay away

I ordered from this company 3 weeks ago and i haven't received my order. I’ve contacted them numerous times with zero response? Please avoid them at all cost. They’re definitely running a scam!!!

Ordered M pedals for a manual car. I even sent an email ahead of ordering. I was assured they had the pedals and was instructed to put in comments manual car.
Almost 4 weeks go by and I get pedals for an automatic.
I email them, the "Customer Manager" responds with we'll send out the correct part and nothing.
No communication, nothing.

placed my order on the 12th december it’s been 6 week order tracking says being prepared and have emailed lots of times with no correspondence have now contacted my bank to try re claim the money back. don’t order from this company worst customer service ever.
