Umulig å returnere
It was easy to order, but when i contacted them to return the items i didn't want it became difficult. The web-site say that you can use a form to get a return slipp, but what i got was that i should just fix it myself and make sure to send it so it should be no custom.

Phishing website. Card and bank account immediately blocked by my bank when trying to pay as the site apparently is flagged as phishing and scam. Stay away.

Not delivered as poromised!
We ordered the posters delivered to a business address, yet we have never received them, and after contacting the firm we were told by Europosters were responsible for delivering the package to us, they tell us that we have been missinformed by europosters as they are not delivering our package. I then had to contact the postal service who say we havew to pick up the package on the other side of the city. We are very unsatisfied with the information given to us by this company!

Maybe next time be more transparent about the toll and vat in the checkout... had to pay 50% if my order total in vat and toll fees!?!? Jeg sjekka nettopp steg to det står ingenting om toll og vat der.

Warning, do not buy from Europoster.
Hi, the poster was damaged due to lack of proper packing by Europoster. They have sent it in a soft cartoon(should be in a hard roll). I have tried two times to claim it, but so fare no respond.The poster went in the garbage. 65€ for a small poster is not worth it- custom fee was also much higher than expected, I was informed about this additional cost, anyway 25 € fee is high. I doubt Europoster will do any effort or send a refund or a new poster free of charge. I will never purchase anything from this company anymore, unless they solve the case with the damaged and useless poster.
I will add a new review if they solve the case.
