Ordered 4 movie posters on canvas

Ordered 4 movie posters on canvas, 65 x 100 cm. Delivery was timely, but:
1. All posters were heavily pixelated as in the original having been enlarged far beyond what the quality of the original should allow
2. The colours on the posters were completely out with an Indiana Jones motive being entirely orange.
3. There was "bleeding" where the colour printer must have been misaligned with nasty shadows.
4. The canvases were not properly stretched on the frame resulting in the poster material sagging and bubbling
In short the quality was absolutely horrific and nowhere close to what their online images depicts.

I then phoned them to complain on a UK number only to hear a Polish(?) answerphone voice say something and then disconnect. Happened 3 times, I gave up. Emailed them instead 4 times to Europosters.EU and Eurposters.se. The .se were returned as not valid. The .eu I never heard back from.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. You are wasting your time!!
Luckily and wise from earlier internet purchases I chose payment in 30 days with Klarna. It gave me a chance to stop the payment to Europoster.eu.

Unfortunately, we cannot verify your order as you did not provide any order number or identifying details. To assist you properly, we kindly ask that you contact us via email with your order number and photos showing the issues. We have not received any such report matching your description.

All our websites are fully operational, and our customer service phone numbers work as long as you call during our listed business hours (as clearly stated on our website). If you had contacted us successfully, we would have been happy to explain that canvas prints can loosen slightly during transit, and how to easily fix that at home. It’s a rare but known issue — and one we are always ready to help with.

Regarding your comments on print quality and colour: if you are not satisfied with the product, we offer a full refund upon return. This is clearly stated in our return policy. All you need to do is send the items back and we'll process your refund accordingly.

To clarify:

Yes, we are a real company, with thousands of satisfied customers across Europe.

Yes, we answer emails, as long as they're sent to the correct and active address.

Yes, we process refunds if you follow the correct process.

We are sorry if you feel disappointed, but making a public claim without giving us a chance to resolve the issue directly is both unfair and unproductive.

We strongly encourage you to contact us properly via email, including your order number and photos, or to simply return the goods for a refund.

Disasterous costumer service

I thought my purchase was good, at a reasonable price and fast printing. However, I am VERY disappointed with this joke of a company's lack of service. I chatted with the customer service over a simple shipping concern, and they were incredibly rude, used snark and sarcasm, and ended the chat when I called them out for being snarky. Terrible company, good products.

The Posters came damage

The Posters came damage, I have sent photos and proof to Europosters help center and mail.. They have not answer me at all. and it has gone 2 weeks now.. Will not order anything from Europosters anymore

Good product quality, poor delivery.

I ordered two big canvas and two big posters. Product quality is good, but in one of the canvas I can see it was not tighten enough so it has a slight deep in on side. And so, even though the product quality is overall good and I would buy again from them, the delivery is where they have failed. Products arrived one full week later than expected.
