If you've just registered as self-employed in France, you'll probably receive a letter from "Registre des sociétés européennes" (euroreg.org / EUROLIB) asking for €91.
IT'S A SCAM!
❌ It's NOT mandatory
❌ Official registration via Guichet Unique is FREE
❌ This service provides NO value
❌ The document is designed to look like official government mail
I just fell for it and paid €91 I can't afford. Sharing to prevent others falling into the trap.
