Abysmal customer service

1. As soon as you assigned GLS as courier I immediately requested a change as they are a terrible company. I've used them before and were terrible and their reviews are absolute garbage. You REFUSED to change courier.
2. When I called GLS at 11am they claimed they didn't even see the order in their system.
3. I called Eurosender MUTIPLE times asking them to chase them up. They literally sent them an email and left it at that. They didn't get a response and no one got back to me. I had to keep calling back and PAY EVERY SINGLE TIME as it's an international call.
4. No one informed me they are not coming today. When I called first time in the morning your team assured me they will come today. I wasted a whole day waiting.
5. Eurosender gives different information than GLS. You claim they will come Tuesday ( next working day), if it's next working day then how is Tuesday after Friday ? There's like 3 days in between.
GLS claims they will come tomorrow (Saturday). Both your offices are closed tomorrow, so what the hell am I supposed to do ? Sit at home while day again in case they turn up?
6. I said in the morning from the getgo these items HAVE to be collected today and I was assured it was going to happen. Now I have to incur additional costs + effort + 2 days wasted + multiple appointments cancelled all because you provided misinformation and never followed up on anything.
7. When I asked to have the weight adjusted on the phone your rep said NO this cannot be done without a re-schedule. I sent an email and GUESS WHAT, it is possible!
8. If the collection isn't going to happen I expect to be informed upfront. Not to chase you like a dog.

Your customer rep literally said all she can do is re-schedule. Absolute useless. I paid to have it collected today and not Tuesday or whatever date you come up with.

Next time maybe I'll send the payment today. Maybe tomorrow, or Tuesday. Will see if you like it.

Ps I still have no clue when/if they will collect. You're like deliveroo/just eat except when something goes wrong you shrug your shoulders and say there's nothing you can do. Great platform.

I can't even put into words how disappointed I am

Update - April 2022 and they haven't sorted my case yet! This is ridiculously bad!

.....
I requested a shipment for 9 boxes and a painting. 3 of the boxes never arrived and the ones that did along with the painting were all destroyed (everything was perfectly and carefully packed before collection!).
The process of claiming is being awful, they say they don't get responsible for anything as this was shipped by another company, they're not giving me any support, they're not answering my questions and just requesting more and more information - most of them was sent on the first emails...we already exchanged 35 emails or more and we are still in the middle of the process with no warranties or any kind of support or answers given. I can't even put into words how disappointed I am about the all experience.

Unreliable, unserious, unprofessional company

Eurosender is a totally unreliable, unserious and unprofessional company. My package came repackaged presumably due to damage for which I never received proofs/photos, half of the content was missing and random items were instead added in the package (which were not inside the original package!). While having an open claim which btw takes ages to process, Eurosender is asking for extra money presumably because that great package I received in this amazing state was overweight! Please stay away from this company! If you are lucky, you may have some good experience so that they gain your trust, and then they just ruin your life for weeks as you try to find your parcel, claim lost items, ask for refund which you will probably never get. Such a shame!

Never showed up

Never showed up. No communication until 3 days later (over the weekend). Had to make alternative arrangements.Wasted an entire day. Wasted money. Do not bother - utterly horrendous service. They make the customer do the work to find out crucial information and make alternative arrangements even though the customer is paying for a service.

I wish I could put a minus review!
-First, they were late to collect the 2 suitcases.
-Then the few working days for the suitcases became 2 months and they refused to change the delivery address.
-Out of the 2 suitcases only the one arrived and was broken.
-2 months later they said they don't take responsibility for the broken one and they blamed the person that received it that it didn't report it directly (as it wasn't me because they refused to change the delivery address, in the same city)
-Then for the 2nd suitcase they admitted that they LOST it!
-After 10+ MONTHS(!!!), of hundreds of emails and calls trying to get a refund and every time coming with a stupid excuse they decided to give a ridiculous amount for a refund even I paid extra to have insurance! The amount was not even covering 2 empty suitcases and they were saying "We have good news and are happy that we managed to get you a refund"! And they blamed that "i didn't have receipts" for the clothes and whatever was inside the suitcase.
Biggest joke i heard in my life.

No sign of it after 8 days - I paid for 3 Business days ! Every contact number they have provided goes round and round on a recording . They don't respond to anything !!! Also posting on all other sites to protect customers being dumped !

They won't go out of their way to help…

They won't go out of their way to help you. If anything goes wrong, they'll point at the Terms and Conditions and shrug their shoulders saying they're not liable for anything. No idea why they ask for contact numbers, it's not like anyone at Eurosender ever makes any effort to notify you when something has gone wrong with your order.

MY BAGGAGE WAS NEVER DELIVERED AND THEY DONT CARE - THEY SAY IT HAPPENS SOMETIMES !!!!!!

It has been more than a month and I have not received my luggage yet. I needed to change the address on the same day the luggage was collected. I contacted Eurosender and updated the address, because the previous one closed due to the lockdown. It happened BEFORE they collected my baggage, Later on I contacted the company just to make sure the change was ok and then, guess what? They had forgotten to update the system! I made sure to inform them with the right details only to find out the delivery attempt was made to the wrong address. It happened over and over again and they were so careless my lugagge was sent back to my previous address, in a country I dont live in anymore. After all of this, I contacted them and they said 'there is nothing they can do. I cannot express how disappointed I am and how disrespected I feel as a customer. They simply couldnt care less!!!! No one has ever contacted me to try and provide a solution, no one has kept track of the case to try to solve it. This company is j a joke. PLEASE DONT EVER USE THEIR SERVICES FOR YOUR OWN SAKE.

The keep deleting their 1 Star Reviews…

The keep deleting their 1 Star Reviews and start new pages with Trust Pilot. They responded to my last 1 Star review saying GLS couldn't collect my suitcase since I wasn't home. I was home ALL day Friday December 27, didn't receive tracking, called Eurosender to demand a refund, emailed to demand a refund and they resent GLS and the courier with common sense called me before coming and I told him I had canceled the order. Will be refuting the credit card bills. After reading the other reviews, I figure I'm better off losing the money haven't gotten back yet from Eurosender instead of losing an entire package. Hope they'll go bankrupt very soon.

extremely bad experience

The content of the shipping arrived destroyed, despite having paid for an insurance, they falsified the signature of the person who received the shipment (as the package was left abandoned in my property. they refused to refound me anything. I`m dealing with paypal to get at least a refound of the shipment costs.

Con men

Con men , they take your money , do not provide the service , then try to say the driver could not find the address . Refuse to give a refund and your out of pocket . Do not use these scam artists .
I'm taking legal action because I refuse to be robbed by a bunch of scumbags.

I totally do not recommend contacting this company. My parcel with personal belongings was lost, the insurance was not paid, all the claims were not taken seriously!
1. After on 31/02 I made 2 orders, I was expecting of pick up my 9 boxes.
My order was not pick up on the day (1.03) in the order confirmation letter.
2. 4.03 i received the letter with another pick update for both orders, 7.03.
3. But on 4.03 the delivery service came and took 5 boxes and not 9, that I had.
4. Then on 7.03 nobody cames
5. The driver came on 8.03 without any notification
9. 11.03 the GLS delivered one small parcel (that I did not order) to me and promised to deliver 6 boxes on 12.03. But I expecting 9 boxes.
10. 12.03 nobody came, and nobody sent me any actual information about delivery time.
11. 14.03 in received 8 boxes.
I have a document from the driver GLS with the number of the box that he collected but not delivered. And the company do not accept it.
Do not work with this service!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!

I booked the shipping of seven boxes from Germany to Spain - When the boxes arrived in Spain, they were in such bad condition that it was painful to look at them. All of them had been tampered with, thrown around, smashed and just destroyed. The box which was labeled 'fragile' was especially destroyed. I bet some people find this funny until it happens to them - this is a horrible company with zero customer service or liability. They shy away from responsibility whenever something goes bad. I will make sure to get this feedback around to as many people as possible. If my message helps just 10 people not to book with these scammers, then at least I'd be comfortable knowing that their belongings are safe. I will publish my reviews elsewhere with pictures. Moreover, I will be asking for claims in damages and compensation, and if not, I will be reporting them to the European Union Department of Consumer Rights.
