Good items, poor customer service.

For the cost of the boots (7GBP), they appear to be well made and are comfortable to wear. How long they last is yet to be determined, so at present I am only awarding 4 stars. The order was processed and delivery made in line with the terms stated on the site.

However, the sites T&C's state the price shown on the checkout page is the price you pay. When the courier delivered the package extra charges had been added and could not be explained.

I have emailed me company a few times over a week regarding this and as yet they have not responded. I have asked for an explanation of the extra charges and to have them refunded.

Due to this poor customer service, and breach of their own T&C's I am only awarding 1 star.
