My experience ordering was not great, my order got cancelled once and then I had to reorder because of a fault euroshop made on their website regarding sizes. The product though when received about 3 weeks later I am very happy with.

Horrible customer experience
I placed my order on June 4 and was given an estimated delivery window of June 8–11. When it didn't arrive, I sent an email on June 12 to check on the status and was told to wait until June 15 for an update.
I followed up again on June 15, June 18, and June 19. Since then, I've received absolutely no response.
At this point, the order is significantly overdue, and the complete lack of communication is unacceptable. Missing a delivery estimate is one thing, but repeatedly ignoring customer inquiries is another.
Is this normal? This has been an extremely disappointing customer experience and has left me with very little confidence in this service.
