    Amazing

    Placed an order on the 14th May with…

    Placed an order on the 14th May with 4-6 day delivery. Order has still not been received. This was meant to be for my sons birthday.

    Unfortunately I took the advice on the…

    Unfortunately I took the advice on the website to purchase a pair of inline skates two sizes larger as apparently they run small. I'm a size 7.5 in women's shoes so I ordered a size 9 thinking that would be a safe call, and despite the 1.5 size difference the skates are way too big. And since the company is in Denmark (why is it called USA Skateshop when it isn't even in the US? LOL) I really don't want to bother shipping the skates back.

    love it

    I received my parcel a little later than expected, to be honest, on the 5th working day, but that's understandable since I'm in the UK and the items were shipped from Denmark. As for the quality, they are outstanding. I bought three different models and all three are impeccable. I highly recommend them.

    Disappointed in the support

    I've ordered a components bundle (2 trucks & bolts), only to receive 1 truck & no bolts. Not a problem, this can happen.

    Immediately send an email (21 may) since then I've called, they told me to email them... and mailed 2 more times. And not receiving any feedback.

    I've even ordered a second bundle (because I really needed them) and it arrived already, before getting any response. (this time with 2 trucks and the bolts, so it was definitely shipped wrong the first time).

    Terrible customer service …

    I bought a scooter from Euroskateshop but it didn't arrive. All I get is automated messages saying it's on it's way. Useless.

    Our customer support team has reached out to you to provide more specific details. We can confirm that your parcel has been released by UK Customs and is being handed over to Parcelforce for final delivery. 

    Unfortunately, customs procedures in the UK can occasionally take longer than expected, which caused this unforeseen delay.

    Paid for express delivery but not fulfilled by webshop

    Paid extra for express delivery. Despite the extra payment, shipment came after a week. Customer service is slow (if you get answer) and not collaborative. Still waiting for refund of express delivery payment as it has not been fulfilled.

    “I bought two scooters online for my 6-…

    “I bought two scooters online for my 6- and 8-year-old daughters. The website said they were for ages up to 9, but when they arrived, the box said 2 to 4 years. They were too small, and the quality looked very cheap. The weight limit was only 25 kg, which didn’t suit my 8-year-old. Delivery cost £9 and was late—8 days instead of 4. I’m really disappointed; it was a complete waste.”

    I can't return the skates for a…

    I can't return the skates for a different size that my son needs. I was paid no attention to this concern and all I was told in a one line email is that you don't offer exchanges or returns to the US. That's ridiculous. I will never buy another product. I can't rate if it is good because the size is wrong.

    No reply to complaint

    I ordered a stunt scooter on 14 April and after only few regular rides at the skatepark, the parts became loose and the handlebar is woobly. I tightened all the screws but it wasn't about the screws. I wrote to them na email but nobody replied, just an automated message saying my request is in review. I called Customer service and hey told me it's not them who handle the complaints and I need to write an email. I am waiating now 6 days for someone to reply. I've bought many scooters before this one in the same price range but never had this problem before. I'm wondering whether they're will offer any solution, if anybody calls me at all.
