The gift for my grandson arrived within the timescale stated and was well packaged. It always gives confidence when a company does what it says.

I am yet to receive the product I ordered. It took almost a week from the order was placed until i got confirmation it had been shipped. Now it has been in customs for over a week, so I suspect customs are missing a lot of documentation about the shipment.
Will not order from this page again.

Then they let you know it s only free if the delivery is Done at the parcel shop.

I ordered my daughters scooter last week thinking it was coming from your store in Ireland, I checked yesterday why it was not delivered yet and it turns out your company drop ships from Denmark!! We even paid for the express shipping of 5-6 days and still no sign. My daughter’s birthday is tomorrow and i had to tell her that her main birthday present won’t be here in time. Highly disappointing, it should have been made clear that you drop ship from a Different country.

I haven't got my package yet and it been two weeks alright

Ordered this for a gift came well packaged and could track it well. It has not been used but as I have one myself I know that it will be great for the cold and heavy rain

I cannot wear the skates I got they are extremely painful. Not sure if they just are horrible for narrow feet or what, and I cannot return them because it will cost 900$

Delivery took longer than expected but other than that the scooter is perfect my daughter is delighted with it

Ordered a school backpack (annox gen) for my daughter online. The website was easy to navigate and there was good communication from the site regarding my order. The backpack was shipped very quickly and the product itself is great. It is a nice sturdy backpack with plenty of pockets. My only negative is that the week after I ordered the backpack it was reduced significantly in price, so I could have saved a lot of money if I had waited or been aware that it would go on sale.

I purchased two pairs of roller blades, and was not disappointed. The Euroskateshop kept me updated throughout the delivery process which put me at ease. When the products came and after unboxing you could see the high quality which they where made of.

Im super inpressed with my skates as they look good and feel confortable to wear and perform as they should.

I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for high quality and great perfomance products.

I bought the NKX surfskate and it skates really well. Probably as nice as my two Carver surfskates which both had the C7 front truck. I'm impressed. And the shipping from Denmark to California USA was fast too. Thank you.

What made my experience great is the customer service. Ordered two skooters and had a slight issue. The skateshop took care of me in a professional timely manner. This is what builds longevity in a business. Bravo

My advice would be to find another shop to order from. Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with both the product and the customer service.

I ordered skates that appeared red and pink in the photos, but the pair I received was brown and light pink. The shop eventually stopped replying to my emails, which felt like an easy way to avoid dealing with the complaint. When I called, we had to switch to English because the employee could not communicate in a Scandinavian language. This would not have been a problem in itself, but he was rude, unhelpful and repeatedly interrupted me before I could finish speaking.

The difference between red and pink skates and brown and light pink ones may seem minor to an adult. However, for a six-year-old who had saved her own money to buy new skates, it was important that the product matched the photos on the website.

I was offered the option of returning the skates, but I would have had to pay NOK 149 for the return. After having my emails ignored and receiving such poor customer service, I am not sure it is worth the trouble for a relatively inexpensive pair of skates.

If you find a suitable product at another shop, I would strongly recommend ordering it there instead. I will certainly buy our next pair of skates elsewhere.
