Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt. I purchased the Diablo stunt scooter in red/black for my 12 year old grandson for his birthday as they are his favourite chosen colours but when he opened the parcel yesterday he found that the frame around the scooter pad is pink which was disappointing. The scooter is built well and the main frame is black and handle bars red and black as expected but we expected the frame around the pad to also be red - scooter colour is described as red/black.

My son broke his brake for his stunt scooter so we ordered replacement, the postage charge was a bit high for a cheap part so we were offered a percentage discount which was great.

Everything turned up as advertised and within the time scale provided...just wanted a quickee delivery time

The helmet I ordered was the wrong size. Despite following the instructions for exchanging products the vendor has not responded. This includes me following up.

Update: I was eventually able to contact the company. After this they quickly resolved the issue entirely to my satisfaction. In the end they were very helpful

Hi just waiting for a response from your online chat for someone to get back to me to resolve the problem . I ordered a scooter for my granddaughters birthday to arrive in time for our holiday I paid extra for express delivery and it didn’t come in the time stated!!! Both myself and my granddaughter was very disappointed I wouldn’t have ordered if I knew it wasn’t going to come on time!! It arrived to my home while we were away on the 7th day when it clearly stated 3-5 working days when I placed the order!!! Further more I ordered it in purple and it came in pink!! Not as though it would have been detrimental!!! Just wanted it before our holiday for a present and to use it while we were away!!! I would appreciate it if you could contact me regarding the matter thank you

The order took too long to arrive. Really pleased with the scooter but the time it took to be delivered completely spoiled the whole order. No updates on tracking site for days.
