Subscribed to the Eplayer for Olympic coverage. The app has not only got the worst UI I have ever seen, but does not work half the time. Red circles forever.

Additionally the app and web site do not stream to an Apple TV. All my other apps do. I have the latest software installed on all apps,etc.. So there is no way to stream to a TV via an Apple TV. A waste of a years subs. Shame on IT dept of Eurosport.

I’m as maddened by the appalling coverage provided by Eurosport/Discovery plus as everyone else who has written here. I’m pretty much speechless as to how the producers and management team thought this level of coverage would be acceptable in these times ?
The lack of replays soon after the live match and that what replays there are are presented in no logical order is just ridiculous, as is the lack of titles and the infuriating business of having to open loads of matches to try and find the one you want to watch.
I see Eurosport are now replying to the poor reviews encouraging people to get in touch with their “help” department – which just about sums up the quality of Eurosport thinking and management – the issues are SYSTEMIC ! not to do with the individual watcher !
I urge all of you to contact the Australian Open organisation (via their contact us) and make your thoughts known and refer them to this site.

Terrible coverage of the Australian Open in the UK. Confusing interface via Amazon Prime with no order to the games and some games have no commentary. A complete waste of money. Next time just give it to the BBC or a platform that has a half decent streaming service.

I can't rate zero. So basically eurosport stolen my money every month without I took any abo. I realized with my bank st some point. I contacted them and once they replied yes give us your credentials and ofc we will refund you.. never heard from them since then and they don't respond to any email so I'm going to sue them legally. Crazy

Subscription via Discovery+ to watch Australian Open in UK. Big mistake! Wrongly assumed coverage would be similar to Amazon Prime, who provide replays of all the tennis matches when they have the rights. Given the time difference replays are essential. But no! You can't even pause live coverage, in the hope of watching a bit later.
The replays that do become available eventually are not titled, so you have to start each reply to find out which match is on offer and it almost certainly is not the match you wanted to watch.
Today, neither mens semi-final was available to watch on replay.
Complete waste of money!

Watching the Tsitsipas v Medvedev semi-final but coverage is being ruined by this bizarre heavy breathing throughout the points. Is it the commentators? Do they need a medic or a private room? Very off putting

I totally agree with all the negative reviews about Eurosports coverage of the Oz Open tennis. I too signed up for a subscription via Prime and within a couple of days cancelled, as the Channel is such rubbish. Everything has been said below. It's about time Eurosport actually took note of the bad reviews and did something to improve!!

I subscribed to discovery + via prime to watch the Australian open. Well what a joke. I can’t find any of the replays I want to watch. None of the replays are in some sort of order, and some appear to be missing entirely. I was a previous Eurosport subscriber, and intended to let it run after ao was finished. I won’t bother until the interface is tidied up. Unusable. Terrible.

I am pleased Eurosport is covering the Aussie Open but was bitterly disappointed that Eurosport 1 have been constantly showing extended highlights of the two mens Quarter finals all day. I thought they would have shown at least SOME of the two womens Quarter finals! I've been tuning in all day but no joy. Please let me know why you are repeating the mens QFs seemingly on a loop? No chance of seeing the women's QFs and their semi- finals are tomorrow ! Hopeless scheduling.

Absolutely useless and distinctly worse than last year, which was opaque enough. Completely random mislabelling of catch up items, no structure to aid search, whole matches hidden for days after finishing.
Waste of money.

What a mare! Totally useless user interface makes it v difficult to find anything, Live or recorded. I have subscribed to Discovery + which doesn’t recognise my login…despite sending me a renew password link!

payed for a month in order to see Ao open and doesn"t work almost at all. the support says that is fixed but I can not watch neither live maches nor replays. Waste of money...not recomended at all

Eurosport is terrible.. bloody adverts taking precedence over the so called live coverage. I’ve just missed the first
Point of set 4 because of the adverts..😡😡.. get a grip !! That’s why you should never ever have adverts on the BBC

Absolutely dire. I will tell everyone how awful this is in hosting the Australian Open.
How to improve? Put the matches available to be watched in date order. Possibly into men's/ women's/ doubles categories etc. If you have 16 channels available why not show a replay on each rather than one highlight channel that only shows one match after another meaning you have to wait hours to watch the one you want and that is a lucky guess as there is no running order given. Truly dreadful. Promoted as no adverts but there are. Completed matches not put on replay promptly and some not replayed at all. Again with 16 channels available why the same match repeated across channels 1 and 2. Did I say dreadful already?

I have never known such terrible coverage of tennis in forty years of watching it. Eurosport need to get their act together. Matches were not concluded and it was impossible to find the matches you did want to watch. The results were given before you even found some matches. It has been dire! Take a leaf out of Prime, whilst the camera angles were not too good at least all the matches were listed in a comprehensive way.
Can you imagine World Cup football matches being televised in this fashion where matches just stopped at 75 minutes … never, so why is this acceptable in tennis.

Watching all the Australian Open matches on Discovery plus is fantastic, except for one major problem. When watching a match, why do the commentary team tell us what's happening on the other courts. It's so frustrating, they'll say 'and over on the Rod Laver court, Tsitsipas has just beaten Fritz in a 5 set set thriller'!!!!! Trouble with that is, we were so looking forward to watching that match but what's the point when the result has been given away. Presenters should only commentate on the match they are currently presenting.

As others have said, this Discovery+ sports channel is useless. Not even a basic function like rewind which is kinda important when most of the matches are going on during the night GM time, and as far as I can figure only one channel showing them.

The coverage of the Australian tennis open is dire. I have set both channels to record. It is i possible to tell which matches are which all you can welrk out is which day it was and what time it was recored.Terrible service

The reviews are all correct - no replays - difficult to navigate, and cannot pause or rewind. But I have just about got the hang of using it, and finding the other streams... please sort it out! Loving the tennis... discovery+... not so much!

If I watch via discovery + on prime then I can pause...but still very unimpressed
