Eurowag Reviews 

Eurowag has been a very disappointing experience.

First of all, their fuel card acceptance network is far more limited than advertised. Even worse, the station map is completely unreliable. Many fuel stations shown as accepting Eurowag cards actually do not, which causes unnecessary delays and frustration on the road.

On top of that, we experienced a serious issue where a fuel transaction showed a volume that was significantly higher than the actual capacity of our truck's fuel tank. When we contacted Eurowag, their response was that the fuel station was "not part of their acceptance network." However, the payment was successfully processed using our Eurowag fuel card, which makes their explanation completely unacceptable.

Instead of investigating the obvious discrepancy, they simply dismissed the issue and refused to take responsibility. Poor network coverage, inaccurate station information, and disappointing customer support make it very difficult to trust this service. I cannot recommend Eurowag based on our experience.

If you send credit to your card in 2026, you will receive it in September of 2089. They don't work properly.

regular invoicing, clear easy to understand invoices

The worst company I ever worked, they are charging you with invoices as “contractual”,
I negociate with them the comision at 8% for vat, after to hear they charge me now after al almost 800euro extra, and I m not gonna say about road tax which it s invoices came duble

Keeps stalling, keep deleting the app and downloading it again..... no good

Because of them I lost about 2000, my card was defrauded in France and they forced me to pay this amount, it is not my duty to secure their cards, in the end I paid but I gave up collaborating with them, they are a mess, I do not recommend!!!

I have to honour best way valuation in compare with other fuel cards provider we used to. Simply web portal and mobile app, great prizes at selected countries
