I've bought 2 of the Sprouthouse from Gathera & I've grown microgreens & sprouts. I'm currently growing pea morgan & pink kale in 1 of them & red cabbage & rocket in the other one. Everything seems to be growing well. To prevent mould, once the seeds have germinated and exposed to sunlight, it's time to stop spraying them with water & start adding the water to the main tray, through the stainless steel mesh, but making sure not the get the seed shoots wet. I've also added a microgreens fertiliser to the water tray as well. It will be interesting to see if the fertiliser improves taste & growth rate, texture etc. I get plenty of afternoon sun on the kitchen windowsill, which seems to be enough here in Sydney. I think it's also important to remove the plastic dome as soon as the sprouthouse is ready to receive sunlight as well, otherwise it will create too much humidity under the dome and therefore more of a potential for mould forming on the seeds & microgreens. I'm currently using Mr. Frothergills microgreens from Bunnings & I have tried some other brands which I've bought online & which did seem to work pretty well, but Mr. Frothergills are very well priced seeds & there are a lot of them in the seed packets

I've recently made a purchase from Gathera and the team was superb! Was a little late getting the gift and the team attended to my query about the expediting it immediately and even did an express postage for me. I couldn't have been more appreciative! Gift arrived on time and everything was packaged nicely and neatly. We cannot wait to start to grow our plant babies.

Amazing product amazing customer service. I purchased an indoor smart garden earlier this year. Unfortunately due to my error I got the light unit wet and it started malfunctioning. I contacted customer service and Tamara could not have been more helpful. New light sent to me from Australia to the UK. I just had to pay the postage which I think was very fair. Now I can continue enjoying the herbs I have been growing with the unit.

Had an issue with a pump in my sunshelf. Tamara told me how to solve it without having to buy a new one. Great customer service.

I purchased two growing modules which I intended to use on a shelf I already owned. On setting the modules up I discovered that they couldn't be connected to a power source without an adaptor that came with the lighting system that the modules were designed to go with. As I didn't buy those particular lights, I didn't have the necessary adaptor. It also became obvious that the website shop information didn't mention this fact. I contacted Gathera and I had great support from Dilhan and Tamara. They acknowledged that the website information was lacking, and they sent me two adaptors and a splitter free of charge. Their customer support and flexibility was amazing.

I contacted the company via their website to inquire for some replacement soil I needed for an older models as I couldn’t find it on the website. within 10 minutes of me submitting the contact form lovely Tamara called me and advised me that they are looking to discontinue that product however, they still have some stock left, and she would be happy to organize a special order for me so I can still use my grower. I added another item from the current stock to the order as well. She sent me an invoice in my email and I paid for the order. This was seriously one of the quickest and best service I have ever received: so pleased.
