Been waiting 4 months for my vape mod. They said they refunded 84 euros, they did not. Avoid, this website is a scam.

SCAM website. My own fault for not doing my due dilligence. Placed an order (#EU4406) on the site 26th (7 days ago). Their site says dispatch on ALL orders within 48hrs. I have emailed 3 times with zero reply. There is no registered address. Only contact is a hotmail address.

The payment options at the very bottom of the page lists PayPal, Amazon Pay & Apple Pay as options to pay. These options are not available in check out.

I understand some in the reviews have been able to get contact. Good for you. I, so far at least, have not. My suspicion is as some have said. They do not carry stock, order from China and fulfil when they get. I order on other well known Chinese sites so understand the shipping times etc and would not mind if the seller was responsive and would speak with their customers.

I will update this review if anything changes but I am not holding out any hope.

01/10/23 @ 17:40 I got a generic reply from a contact saying my order had shipped and they would update me as soon as more information becomes available. The thing is, it stills shows unfullfilled on the website.

As I suspected, this is a chinese website. I received 2 emails this morning after multiple sent during the week. It appears they only answer emails once per week but at tleast they answer.
The 1st email "apolgises for the inconvenience" and they will update me when my order is processed. They told me 7 days ago by email that it had already been processed.
The 2nd email informs me that 2 items from my order (small part) has been shipped from Shenzen in China yesterday. It contains the name and tracking number along with a link to track on 17track.net. It confirms that my order was only dispatched yesterday! 11 days after the order was placed despite their shipping policy saying delivery within 9 days.
Another issue that arises is that I will now have to pay import duty and taxes when it arrives in ireland making this the most expensive vaping gear I have every bought by a golden mile.

Ordered something and they dont have it, but are Asking me if i want something else... well i said "no". And since then no Answer :D Today is the 3 day they didnt answer... Also why are they selling things they dont have ? They still sell it right now even trough they dont have it !
Definitely no kind of customer service.
absolutely cant recommend. Could cry.. i searched the thing i wanted to buy for "3 days online" (almost gave up searching...) Because no one had it anymore, and then i found them... wish i didn't found them.

18.09.2023 Edit: Got a reply today, they gave me another option, hopefully this time itll work. Will edit again after something happens.
But i think it will be fine now with them...

20.09.2023 Edit: Total fail, they are doing everything they can to make one believe "Something" might come with a FAKE tracking number. But the only thing i want since the first item wasnt even in stock is my Money, and that is also the only thing they dont give back, at least dont want to give it back.

Bank declines purchase as "Do not honor", which is usually put in place when bank doesn't trust seller. This was red flag, which led me to check if it's legit. This high flood of low rating tells me my bank was right

I read all the bad reviews after I ordered, of course. Sent my worries to euvaper customer service. Got a prompt reply that my package was already sent. Still worried. After two weeks my package arrived in Norway. No problems what so ever.

I ordered some items on euvaper.com on April 08. 2023
they promised 5-7 days delivery time
... I still don't get a valid tracking code ...
Only 2 email answers that say they will resolve the problem...

1 day later package arrived me, tracking code still not work...
But they forgot 2 of 3 ordered items...

Ordered a Wotofo Profile on February 22 2023 and it is still unfulfilled.

This is a scam company..
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
They will take your money, and never send anything.
I have been waiting for 20 days for my money and have been emailing 30 times to them.. nothing happens.

The shipment arrived much later than reported, but the packaging was perfect and contained everything I ordered. The service was excellent and they always replied to my emails.

Do not buy from them, unless you either don't want the products, or if you're lucky, wait months for delivery. They refuse to refund and provide fake tracking numbers. Supposedly ships via Chinese courier, from France?

Order passed the 9 of december. I have sent mails to know where was my products : no answer. It is the first time I meet such an unprofessionnal website : unforgivable.

This is a scam. Do NOT order from here . It seems somewhat legit at first, but if (and thats a big if) your package arrives it takes much longer than advertised. The customer 'service' is horrible and they simply repeat themselves. If you want a refund they will give you the runaround and you won't receive anything. I'm filing a chargeback/fraud with my bank atm.

Ordered a vape. Waited for 2 months to arrive and it still didn't arrive. Then I asked for a money refund. They didn't want to give money back, instead, they suggested sending another vape kit. Now I again waiting another kit to arrive for about a month... Asked for the shipment tracking number, but they only said that the order was dispatched without giving the shipping tracking number.

I'll update this review if I get the vape kit I ordered.
