Graham was great at communication and was able to assess the difficulties of my install via email and phone calls. EVolution were able to provide a very competitive and comprehensive quote for an awkward install with a long cable run. Graham arrive on time, and did a very neat installation, and cleared up all mess. He ensured the charger was fully set up and explained the functionality. He even had time to pet my dog.

We had a Hypervolt charger installed, I also asked if it was possible to update our old fuse board with a consumer unit at the same time. This was no problem and done at a very reasonable price. Everything sorted within a few hours and the guys went above and beyond trying sort out some messed up wiring in our dated bungalow we are refreshing.

Graham made initial contact within 24 hours of my enquiry with Hypervolt. From there we got a date booked in straight away and i had my DNO letter the following day (within 48 hours of my initial query!!).
Graham turned up exactly when he said he would and completed the install to a high standard. He ran through every part of the app with me and made sure I was happy. The same day as the install he sent over all of the documentation/certification for the install. Couldn't recommend enough. Thanks Graham!

Graham contacted me within 24 hours of me placing the order. The remote suvey was completed quickly and efficiently by means of a couple of emails and phone calls and some photographs. The necessary peperwork was with me wihin a couple of days.
I actually delayed the installation because my EV was not ready (and still isn't). On the day of installation Sean arrived within minutes of the designated time. He explained to me what he was going to do and we agreed that the cable could be run under the floor rather than on the outside wall. He completed the work and tested the installation in less than 2 hours and gave me a full explanation of how the app works, He was very neat and tidy and cleared everything up.

Absolute great company to work with. Very prompt, Called within a day to carry out a remote survey. Explained the process well and made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Applied to the DNO and carried out the relevant paper work quickly so we had the installation carried out within 2 weeks which was great. The installers that arrived explain what they needed and carried out a great job. Very neat and tidy. Highly recommend!!!!

These guys are directly recommended by Hypervolt and I can see why. A great experience from start to finish. Graham and Shaun made the installation process a breeze, submitting all of the paperwork in advance and listening to where I wanted the charger installing. They were punctual and took time to explain to me the cable runs required and the various items of kit they would be installing. They even accommodated my request for a hardwired ethernet connection although it wasnt really necessary given the proximity to the router. Once installed they undertook a full run through of the Hypervolt app with me before leaving the site spotless. I'd recommend Evolution to any friends and family looking to get a charger installed.

Graham was extremely patient and understanding when multiple delays to the completion date of my new home meant having to keep rescheduling the installation. When the house move finally went through we had a date scheduled within a matter of days, and Sean who carried out the installation was great, providing guidance on the best location of the charge point on the house to minimise any visible cables.
