Great central vac
This is my second Sebo central vac. I love the edge cleaner head. It is a well built vacuum. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is that I got it from evacuumstore.com and the wands for the floor attachment do not fit the handle. I have to use my wands from my first vacuum. It is a pain since my goal was to have an upstairs and a downstairs set…and I only got half a set.

I recently purchased a Miele Classic C1 Cat&Dog canister vacuum from the e vacuum store. It arrived quickly. I had a minor problem with one of the smaller tools. It was taken care of immediately and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this business!
Wrong Part-No Sense
I ordered a specific part for a specific vacuum. I was sent the wrong part. Their explanation was that the part that I ordered was out of stock. It did not seem to matter to them that the part that they sent was not made to fit my vacuum. I am now tasked with having to return the part in order to get my $99.00 back. This could all have been avoided if the website had indicated the out-of-stock situation or if someone on their end would have contacted me, prior to shipping a random part, to let me know that the order could not be fulfilled. I mean SERIOUSLY??!!??
I ordered a $350 power head from them
I ordered a $350 power head from them. It took a long time to get here. So now about 5 months later the light went out. Contacted customer service and they informed me that they only warranty this $350 power head for 60 days.. 60 days? I guess they must know about its lack of quality.
As to the light, the one on the original power head lasted 17 years.. I have ordered from these people before but I doubt I will again.
Not professional
Not professional. When I called with an issue with my new Riccardo vacuum man who answered the phone very unprofessional and hurried. My concern was not answered.
The main reason for the score is that I have called customer service Four times asking for a refund on vacuum bags sent which were the wrong ones. The second ones they sent also wrong. I ordered the correct ones from Amazon and got them the next day.
Have not received my refund. Do not buy from this company. Shop locally if you can.

Poor customer service
We ordered a Nutone Central vac to replace our 30 yr old unit. Since the model numbers have changed and the units are different, I wasn't sure we had the right one. I called the phone number on the website and a very rude gentleman answered. When I told him my concerns and asked questions, he acted like I was an idiot. Very rude. I wish I had never dealt with his company

I trust evacuum store . This is my 3rd order from them. I always get the product I ordered and it is exactly as they describe. No surprises. No hassles. Good price too on the vacuum cleaner bags I need. I order a large quantity (36 bags) and great a pretty good price break also!

They don't indicate items that are out of stock when orders are placed.
Placed an order for a part. They charged me for the part at the time of order. Received no information about the status of the order. Contacted customer service about timing of shipment, only to receive a canned email response saying the item was on backorder. Did not provide any information about an estimated shipping date. After three weeks, I was finally able to get them to answer the phone and cancelled the order.
Slow and uncommunicative
Ordering the filters for a Riccar was simple and funds were taken the next day... then nothing... 18 days later i wrote an inquiry and was emailed that a case ticket had been made and i would be contacted soon.. several days later another email that it had been shipped, however it was just a label created.. it has been over three weeks now and will be a month if i get the filters 'on time'.. i understand things can get messed up; however the sign of a good company is that communication made and kept up to date.. i won't be ordering from this store a second time...

God Awful experience - Horrific!
Awful experience! Zero stars! This company should rot in hell! They knowingly bait and switch! The customer service rep, or both customer service reps, lied like a rug! (I don't know if I spoke to the same CSR or a different CSR when I called to complain about their bait and switch tactic). Their website, evacuumstore.com, shows a photo of Eureka Premium RR Vacuum Bags, 61115B, as part of a kit, (Eureka 4870 Smart Vacuum 1 Year Supply Kit) ( SKU: LUX-4870-SUPPLYKIT) consisting of six packages of Eureka premium vacuum bags, each package containing three Eureka Premium RR Vacuum Bags, 61115B. I made it crystal clear at the time I placed my order that I was expecting to receive the Eureka Premium Bags when I spoke to the CSR; I asked if packages of these Eureka Premium Bags are available separately or if they are only available as part of a kit consisting of six packages, each package containing 3 vacuum bags, and the CSR replied that I had to buy this kit in order to receive the Eureka Premium Bags pictured on their website; Would be nice! Instead, what I actually received was garbage generic product! When I called to complain, without missing a beat, the CSR said the Eureka Premium RR Vacuum Bags are no longer available - but evacuumstore.com still shows the photograph of the Eureka Premium RR Vacuum Bags on their website as part of this kit! This is bait and switch criminal behavior! Adding insult to injury, they said that I have to pay the postage to return the crap they sent me that I never ordered! They never informed me that they were sending me substitute crap - while still charging me for the Eureka Premium Vacuum Bags! They know darn well that if they told me they were substituting what I ordered with generic crap that I would not have ordered it. If the CEO of this company does not immediately change his ways, and offer fair compensation to customers who were victimized by their criminal bait and switch business practices then these lying criminals should be put out of business - ASAP! The only bright spot that I experienced was talking with Erin - she authorized me to keep the package of three Micro Lined Motor Filters, No. 413901, to partially offset the cost of my being required to pay the postage for the Return Authorization, so Erin gets a well deserved star!
