They have been contacting me for years, trying to sell advertising through my site. I have repeatedly told them we don't carry advertising, and to remove me from their database.
I have very good reason to believe they are Russian.
I don't have an account. My review stands. This Russian company, now registered in Cyprus, are persistent, despite my constantly telling them I'm not interested.

This is a scam ad network
This is a scam ad network. They reached out to me and offered a collaboration. Then when I reached the payout, they just disabled my account with accusation that my website is using automated tools to spam traffic and impressions. But there is no point we do so, we're working with Exoclick, Trafficstars, Admaven, etc. for the past years without any problem.
Be careful of these thiefs guys. There are lots of better ad networks out there.
Edited: They tried to contact me to clear their name. They also attempted to take this comment down. Shame on them, please be careful guys. This ad network is from Russia and they are thiefs like Putin.

Blocked me instead of paying, no response from customer service
Had their ads running for a few weeks. On the day of what should have been the first payment, they disabled my account because of "bot traffic". No response when contacting them. Very glad that I only started with a few ads and still had my Exoclick account running (which didn't detect any bot traffic, because there was none)

Tier-1 countries have been doing great laterly. Traffic flows steadily to them and there are few leads. But they are quite expensive. For money, there are still cashbacks when enrolling. So you get a plus sing when you work and even more traffic.

Scam
Wanted to test EvaDav to see if they're legit. Quickly got to their $25 minimum payout and received an email saying I should contact support to update my payment details. Several weeks have gone by and I've sent many emails and I'm yet to receive a response. There's also a lot of fake 5 star review on here and other sites.
As a publisher I noticed that most of the ads just take you to scam sites. The ones that say you have a virus and want you to call an Indian call centre.
The alternatives out there aren't great, but this is one company you shouldn't even bother with.

Excellent quality of leads
The challenge I was facing was hot leads at a fair price. This goal is 100% achievable with the fruitful traffic from Evadav.

Traffic is NOT converting.
Traffic not converting at all. I sent 18.000 supposedly targeted uniques to one of the top converting sponsor in the industry. Result = $0.00. I have the screenshot to prove it. Really bad traffic. I did other tests and not even a single PPL on $100 worth of traffic. I would not advise anyone to buy there.
