Evallo is our all-in-one operations platform built specifically for tutors, tutoring businesses, and education-focused service providers. We created it to solve a problem we understood firsthand: most tutoring businesses are forced to run on a patchwork of tools that were never really designed for the way educators work. Scheduling often lives in one place, invoicing in another, student records somewhere else, and academic workflows are usually handled manually or across disconnected systems. We built Evallo to bring all of that together into one connected platform so educators can spend less time managing operations and more time focusing on students, teaching quality, and growth. At the core of Evallo are three major systems: Calendar, Invoicing, and Prepwork. Together, they help tutoring businesses manage both the operational and academic side of what they do. Our Calendar is designed to make scheduling cleaner and more flexible for real tutoring workflows. That includes sessions, consultations, internal meetings, booking links, reminders, integrations, and visibility across teams. Our goal is not just to help users put events on a calendar, but to make scheduling feel like part of a larger operational system rather than a separate task that constantly needs manual follow-up. Our Invoicing product is built around the reality that tutoring businesses rarely bill in one simple way. Some charge hourly, some use packages, some bill periodically, and many need flexibility at the family level. We wanted to build something that reflected how tutoring businesses actually work. That means supporting automated billing cycles, credits, payment tracking, flexible invoice creation, and a smoother experience for both businesses and families. For us, invoicing is not just about collecting payments. It is about reducing friction, improving professionalism, and making the financial side of tutoring easier to manage as a business grows. Prepwork is where Evallo goes beyond administration and directly supports academic delivery. We know that for many educators, the real work does not stop at scheduling and billing. It includes assigning work, tracking progress, reviewing scores, and helping students improve over time. That is why Evallo also includes prep and practice tools such as Digital SAT and ACT content, custom tests, drills, performance analytics, and score reporting. We wanted the platform to support not just operations, but also the actual learning process. In our view, tutoring software should not end where academics begin. What we are really trying to build with Evallo is a stronger operational foundation for educators. We believe tutors and tutoring businesses deserve systems that are as thoughtful and professional as the services they provide. Too often, education businesses are expected to adapt themselves to software that was not built for them. We think it should work the other way around. Our approach is to build around the workflows, relationships, and challenges that educators already have — students, parents, tutors, consultations, credits, reports, practice work, referrals, and day-to-day coordination. Ultimately, Evallo is our way of helping tutors, coaches, mentors, teachers, and all other forms of educators run smoother, more organized, and more scalable businesses. We want to reduce clutter, simplify operations, and give tutors a platform that helps them look more professional, work more efficiently, and create a better experience for the families they serve.
