Excellent from start to finish. Liaising between insurance provider and Evander was effortless, all comms received in good time. All representatives were approachable and friendly, door fitter called with eta and completed the work promptly with no fuss. Overall a pleasant experience

I found Evander a marvellous company to deal with. After being burgled, they sent someone to board up my patio doors on the night and did a fantastic job of fitting both new patio and internal doors all staff were polite and easy to talk to I would recommend this company to everyone

The two who came were absolutely lovely, and ensured the work was carried out to beyond standards. I’m very impressed.

Communication was excellent and fitter very knowledgeable and helpful. Explained what was being done and took care to minimise any damage to surrounding rendered walls when removing and refitting replacement window. Very pleased with outcome and highly recommend.

I am sharing my experience with Evander Windows so that others can make a fully informed decision before committing to this company.

Based on my experience the standard of workmanship was significantly below what I would reasonably expect. The quality of the work carried out fell short of acceptable standards and I was left with results that required further attention.

After the work was completed I found the level of aftercare and customer support to be very poor. Attempts to raise concerns and seek assistance were not handled in a timely or satisfactory manner making it difficult to resolve the issues identified.

In my opinion the level of care attention to detail and overall competence demonstrated during both the assessment and installation stages did not meet the standards expected for this type of work.

Due to these issues my insurance provider is now managing a claim in relation to the work undertaken and any associated damage.

Based on my experience I would strongly advise others to approach with caution, obtain multiple quotes and carefully consider alternative contractors before proceeding.
No point in your Email for me to contact you’ve have had 4 months to sort out with the only correspondence in one direction and that’s not yours

Very helpful and professional

Used Evander as recommended by my grandson Lewis who works here and I was very impressed from start to finish great service from Danny Daglish he came out and surveyed and spent time going through options regarding my patio door. However I decided to just go for the glass replacement after Danny’s advice, which was then dealt quickly and promptly by the office staff and was then booked on quickly by the planning team. Day of the install both Danny and James attended and they both cracked on without any fuss I would 100% recommend Evander thank you !

Nationwide insurance used Evander as a sub contractor to get my lock replaced after a lost key. Dean did an excellent job, very understanding, explained the process, and replaced the Ultion lock with a temporary one all within an hour or so. Well done!

I didn’t have to wait long before the locksmith arrived. He was very pleasant & said I could sit in his van out of the cold wind. I got into my house within 5 minutes and he then replaced the lock very quickly indeed. There was no mess to the door whatsoever, an extremely neat job.

I have already reviewed this company and gave excellent feedback, Please stop asking me to give yet another review.

Louis Chapman came out on bank holiday Friday, no fuss , no bother, boarded window in 10 mins. Great job and really satisfied with service . Highly recommend

The fitters were friendly and they completed the fit in good time and left everything very tidy.

Evander was extremely helpful, got me booked in for a survey within days and only had to wait for a week or two before they came to do the fitting work men were lovely and polite and respected my property highly recommend

Work to instal new front door was carried out in a timely , professional, friendly manner.
Was always kept up to date with the progress of work.
