They ask for money through bank transfer and in turn they pay airlines through credit cards and once you are in-flight, they recall the credit card payment as fraud. Every member in their team is well trained to con people and hang-up when you follow up for a refund. ATOL number on their website (when it was working) is not a valid number. Even their address 11 Naylor St, Liverpool, L3 6DR; is not a direct address on royal mail address finder and phone number 02081509220 does not accept calls from private numbers. These are all signs of a well managed and experienced fraudulent company. I'm on their case now through private lawyers and fraud prevention agencies.
