Why is your Redditch store till trying to use the other companies bins? I reported this to Head Office about 10 days ago and they are still using our bin! We have a key now, so good luck.

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff at the Shrewsbury store, with a good selection of juices, mods and disposables. The only down side was that they didn't have the flavour that I wanted.

Can't remember the lady's name that served me but she's been fabulous. I came in about a week ago to buy a vape and some juices. This was my first purchase in this establishment so decided to put my rewards points on my friends card but popped back in yesterday for more juices and more pods and signed up as I'll definitely be coming back again.
The lady answered all of the questions I had as this was my first real vape purchase. I normally used disposables. She made everything so seemingly easy for a first time buyer. Didn't feel confused or pressured during any of it.

Great Experience For Commissioning for NHS Trust
As an NHS Trust we commissioned Evapo a year ago to provide rechargeable vapes for our Smoking in Pregnancy team. Vapes are provided user via a voucher code, which can be entered into a tailored Trust specific website resulting in direct delivery to their address.
We have had nothing short of an exceptional experience working with Evapo. They have gone above and beyond to ensure all our expectations are met in a timley manner, even when requests require an awful lot of time and input.
We have a direct contact, Gary, who is very personable, helpful and professional and ensures that everything is done in a timely manner.
We commissioned Evapo through the Swap To Stop scheme but plan to maintain the contract once it ends due to our positive experience.

Can't fault them. They were knowledgeable and I bought a vape and some liquid that suited me after I had a run of bad luck buying faulty and unsuitable vapes elsewhere. Would recommend
