You need to use another delivery…
You need to use another delivery service, items ordered on Monday and you sent dispatched email, its now Thursday/ Friday and online tracking says item has gone to wrong delivery office in error so i am left waiting, first time ordering so willing to change rating if order ever arrives but think i will stick with my usual vape shop in the future.

Cara from Redditch is FABULOUS
I went into the redditch branch to see if they had any deals on disposable vapes as its nearing june when the ban goes into force; The lovely lady was called Cara; she was absolutely fantastic and was very knowledgeable about the products, She listened to what I was looking for and was able to find the perfect thing that I wanted. I was recommended a Dojo pod vape and wow its fantastic and really good value for money. Cara was so lovely and kind and we even had a good laugh. Will definitely come to this store again!

Awful online experience
Awful online experience, ordered £100 of vape refills for holiday , paid then it asked me to verify my age , I do not have either of the methods available to verify . Asked for refund and they agreed and said it will take up to 10 days. Why is the age verification after payment and not before ? And why didn’t it mention online age verification is required before placing the order
