My grandmother repeatedly called after cancelling products

My grandmother, who is in her 90's, purchased some of the products from Eva Universal 12 to 18 months ago which were making her feel sick. She was paying around $600.00 AUD a month until our family realised and asked the company to stop these purchases 8 months ago. They then have called her again, signed her up and now she is receiving these products again. We have called the company representatives in Australia to have the products stopped again! and return the current purchase and the rep has tried to say that the products cannot be returned. After reading out their statement saying it could within 30 days, they said it will need to be returned to the UK. We said that was fine, then they came back and said we could keep the products, and they will reimburse her half, we said no. It is quite clearly a scam targeting the older population and ring constantly after the fact. Do NOT use this company.

Be VERY careful with this company.

Looks like a completely dodgy company, preying on trusting people.

My mother has had transactions previously with them for pills. The products arrived. We stopped any further transactions about two years ago.

Then someone from EVA Universal rang her last month and appears to have convinced her to sign up again using her new credit card.

I wished to contact EVA Universal about this. However, the phone number on their website for their New Zealand representative does not exist. And the Australian one does to a person who has no knowledge of the company.

The clickable emails on their website are wrong. The point at evauniversal.com, not evauniversal.co.uk.

The front facing images or link text are correct.

All of this adds up to large warning bells for me. They may be incompetent but legal. I don't know.

But their business practises are questionable.
