Excellent service
Purchased a Zappi EV charger through EVBug. It was almost £400 cheaper than what Octopus Energy wanted to charge me for the same unit. Delivered really quickly. Very happy with the whole experience.

Holiday shut down and rubbish coms
I ordered some CT clamps between Christmas and new year. The order included a significant cost for delivery. Nothing on the order process told me they were shut till new year.
I then got an email at lunch time on 2nd Jan to ask if I still wanted it. I said yes preferably by tomorrow. I then got asked if it wasn’t tomorrow did I still want it. I didn’t see that till 17:05 and returned an answer yes. As a result it wasn’t sent till the next day and didn’t arrive till the day after. Grrr.

They have a large variety of charge points available at the best prices around. Their pricing has helped my business price more competitively against the bigger national companies, and have also sent leads through for installations in my error further helping my business.
Delivery is always fast and stock is always available on all chargers.
