I just had a facial at my local beauty spa, during which they used these products. I must say, my skin feels great, and I actually purchased one of the products—it's really good value for the price

I prefer to use the night cream moisturiser both day and night because I find it a much better consistency, I also use the Q10 serum and the hydrologic skin primer and the purifying face wash

Ordered few items, the payment was debited from my account as soon as i placed the order. No updates for 2 weeks. The telephone line is opened 8.30am till 4.30pm Monday to Friday, which doesn't help anyone who works full time. Emailed customer services, turns out they don't have the items in stock. Shocking! They are selling the items they don't have! Not given any information on when they expect it to be in stock. No option on the website to cancel my order either.
The Web site is less than useless, the owners are unhelpful. Products are excellent. Shame you can't actually order/buy them
