These scammers need to be shut down!

I ordered “stocking stuffers” on Dec 8, 2020, bit of a stretch for delivery, I know, but thought I’d take a chance. At this rate, it’s mid March, I might have them for December 2021. Still no sign of them and I have been getting the runaround from customer service since mid January. They want me to coordinate with the post office because they can see that the shipment my order is in has finally landed in Canada. I asked, what exactly I was supposed to coordinate with the post office? No answer to that. The tracking number that was sent to me has not changed status since Jan 8. They won’t give a refund until I send the items back. Hard to do when the items never arrive. It’s been a disappointing experience.

I ordered a ceramic hair curler online on 1/14/21. After several weeks passed and failing to receive any tracking information for my item, I reached out to the company to inquire the status. I was told that tracking information would be updated in 1-2 weeks. I subsequently received a package within this timeframe, but the item received was not the item ordered. When I contacted the company to request my item and/or refund, I was advised that in order to get a refund, I needed to return to item at my cost. I adamantly requested a refund, which they gave me 50%, but stated that they could not process any additional refund until I sent the item back. I should not have to pay anything to return an item that I never ordered. They refer back to their refund policy as a means to their request, but no where in their policy does it assume the consumer received the wrong item (at no fault of their own). This company is a sham!!

I ordered this lighter for a Christmas gift on Nov. 11/20 thinking that 6 weeks may be enough time to receive it for Christmas. The tracking was terrible - either arrived at a sorting facility or was “at” a sorting facility - many times but no place specific. It arrived in Canada early in January and was just delivered by Canada Post today - Feb. 3rd. So as long as you’re not in a rush for anything, shipping is 12 weeks! However, at least the lighter is as described.

Water bubble ball is a waste of money. My granddaughter was so excited to get one then ended up in tears within days as it popped. She's a wee little thing and the ads show it being flopped on by grown adults - don't bother buying it!

I ordered the flint lighters on Dec 6th believing that they were coming from Burnaby BC, which is where the company is located. I found out on Dec 24th that they were waiting at the warehouse in the Netherlands for pickup. I paid with PayPal and I am not going to stop harassing them for my money back. According to the "shipment information" the order was picked up on Jan 8th for shipping. Stay away from evehousehold.com. Throw your money in the garbage, you will get just as far. I still say that I am being scammed and I will not be silenced.

I wished I had read the reviews first and I would not have order my flint lighter. Like the other people I'm asking for where about is my order or my money back. Of course nothing. I've been waiting for over a month.

I place and order on December 7. When I got my confirmation about my order it was wrong. I immediately contacted them and canceled the order. I am still waiting on a refund of $69.95. The will send you emails sounding sincere, sorry, caring and sweet, but it all a fake because they haven't resolved it. My suggestion is look for another company, this company is definitely screwing people out of merchandise and money.

I ordered an everlasting flint keychain from this company on 8th November, stated that it was to be a (Christmas) present, and despite having received an email saying it was despatched, in transit in the UK several weeks ago, it still hadn’t arrived.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Their reviews are dreadful!!

Evehousehold is the company i bought cleaning sprays for back in july 2020 and have written countless emails for an ETA and have recieved absolutley nothing , not even a response. i am so disappointed that these types of companies can be allowed to offer sales of products in Australia, take your money and then not deliver the goods. I would NEVER buy anything from and American company from a site again.. i was a fool to think that there are trustworthy companies out there who will deliver what you pay for. Using Covid19 just doesnt cut it we we have suffered enormously here in our country. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU DONT WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY. i am an honest hard working single mum and i am mortified that innocent people get taken advantage of.
Evehousehold YOU should be ASHAMED of yourself, your so called customer service which is NON existent and your company!!!!!!

In good faith I bought items from evehousehold.com that arrived with no user instructions, return instructions or SDS sheets.
This company has said or done anything about offering a return for these products that are shipped from many different sources other than a warehouse. As for stars I really don't give them even half star.
