Ordered an item from Eve because ordering it from the manufacturing shop was a standard £50 for just a bedside cabinet. Although it was slightly more expensive, delivery was free. When I couldn’t be in for delivery, I phoned them and they were very helpful organising an alternative slot. Delivery was on time. Recommended

We read all the different reviews and chose the eve hybrid as it seemed the best fit for us. Ordering and delivery were easy and the two guys who delivered the mattress were quick and polite. Excellent service all round.

Why have I left it so long to try this mattress?
The order process was smooth, the mattress was delivered on time and I could track the delivery in real time on the App.
The delivery guys kindly placed the mattress on the bed to make unpacking easier.
I suffer from an ongoing back condition and sleeping has been a big problem for a long time and have found a definite improvement sleeping on this mattress so I would definitely recommend it.
What can you loose with the 200 day guarantee.

Eve Adjustable Pillow - really disappointed
I was really disappointed with the Eve Adjustable Pillow. I bought it to replace my original Eve pillow, which I absolutely loved and used for around five years, so I had high hopes for this one.
Unfortunately, I haven’t found it comfortable despite trying different combinations of the layers and removing some to adjust the height. The soft top layer has warped and no longer sits properly, and I haven’t been able to get it back into its original shape. The sides and middle also mould strangely and don’t return to a proper, even pillow shape.
I’m constantly having to reshape it, and I wake up with one side bulky and the other sunken, or with the pillow uneven in the middle. I reshape it again, but the same thing happens the next night. It simply doesn’t provide consistent, comfortable support.
At £99 full price, it’s a very expensive pillow, especially compared with the original Eve pillow I loved, so I expected much better.
I contacted Eve’s customer service because the pillow had become misshapen and asked for advice on whether this was something they could help with and whether an exchange would be possible. Unfortunately, it took quite a long time to receive a response, and I was advised to take the pillow to my nearest store so they could assess whether it was misshapen and potentially offer an exchange.
I don’t drive and have a young child, so travelling to a store with a bulky pillow simply to have it assessed isn’t particularly convenient. I had also been interested in trying the Side Sleeper pillow while it was recently on sale, as I wondered whether it might be closer to the original Eve pillow I loved and, being a single-layer pillow, wouldn’t have the same issue with the layers shifting or becoming misshapen. However, travelling to the nearest store would have cost more than the roughly £40 the Side Sleeper pillow was selling for during the sale, so this wasn’t really a practical solution either.
Overall, a very disappointing experience, particularly from a brand I used to rave about. I loved my original Eve pillow, but unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this new adjustable version based on my experience.
