Love my new mattress! The delivery drivers who dropped it off I couldn’t fault at all. Extremely helpful and polite (can’t remember their names but they were from Newcastle so hopefully that narrows it down)

Non-existent Warranty
I bought a mattress with a 10 year warranty. It has been 5 years, and the mattress has become lumpy, so I have tried to get in touch to get the mattress fixed, and have been emailed saying that the company no longer accepts warranties from before 2022, as the company has gone into liquidation.
I would not buy these mattresses if you think they will last, or hope to rely on their promise of a 10 year warranty.

We are truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you've experienced with your mattress and the company's change in status. We understand your frustration and disappointment regarding the situation. Eve Sleep went into administration in 2022. The name was then bought by Bensons for Beds, however previous contracts and customer information was not bought and passed on for legal reasons. Due to this, we are unable to offer any help regarding orders made with the previous owners prior to October 2022. We do however stand by any orders and warranties made after this time.
Great purchase
After a quick look at various brands I decided on Eve Sleep as it was a firmer mattress compared to others and so far have no complaints!
Delivery was quick and swift. They called ahead on the delivery day as well which was useful and appreciated.
Overall 10/10 on the service!

The best mattress I've slept on.
Having a history of back problems and arthritis my mattress is important. This is the best we have found. Mine is a few years old now but my son wanted the same as apparently he gets back aches because he is tall. Now his brother has had to have one because "it's not fare, he got one." Now we all have Eves . And our backs are much better.

The mattress was delivered on time and was well wrapped. The wrapping was removed.

The delivery guys were great
The delivery guys were great. They called half an hour before arriving as arranged, they were on time and very polite. I can't rate my mattress yet as I was away for a week so I've only slept on it twice so far.

Think twice
First mattress, delivered with stains. Replacement sent no issues. Mattress does not perform as they say it does it is easy to roll off the edge. The bottom zip scratches my furniture when rotating the mattress. The last mattress i purchased from EVE was excellent I wont be buying again.
