Just answering emails and messages would help alot...don't advertise products your not going send...

Good company, helpful and quick at responding

After not receiving my item I got in touch with them , they said the courier had lost it and would send me another item. This never came either, so tried emailing them again and again, no reply so gave up.
Terrible service, avoid.

Didn’t receive motorbike parts that i paid for . Ive had zero notification that the order has been placed . Money was debited from my account same day . Not responding to emails, no response from their chat facility. Phone number doesn't work any longer . Various different business and trading addresses on the web. 17 1 star reviews on here all saying , scammers and lost their money ect .
UPDATE . I got a refund after i disputed the transaction with my bank . Ive never received an email from Evenstrokes . They tried to get this review removed but trustpilot judged against them . They still have these parts i wanted listed on their site even tho they claim out of stock . I have screen shots of this .

I ordered a part that i didn't receive, instead I received another that doesn't even perform the same function.
Unable to reach them either by phone or email.

A great product at a great price

I bought a red Preston Petty mudder front fender on their Ebay platform, then received an email saying they only had the shiney red motocross version, I said I only wanted it if it had identical lines/design to the mudder. They replied it's identical just shiney rather than matt finish. I received the item and as I suspected a completely different design fender. Untrustworthy don't believe a word, I will be sending it back!
Ok, so I printed out the return postage label only to arrive at the Post Office to be told it didn't cover the items weight... so I paid over £11 myself to return the package. They received it 2 days later( Parcel force photo proof of delivery) which is now over 7 day ago. No refund, no replies to communication, they have both the £44 fender and my £44 pounds plus £11 return postage. It doesn't end there, still no reply from them and they've closed their Ebay shop for a month. That's called quality customer service or is it actually called fraud!
Update in reply to your reply- no one has called me full stop. I am very easy to get hold of by both email and phone. Excuses and nonsense. All you had to do was supply the item I bought. You didn't but then thought you'd pass off another item hoping I would just say "oh well I might as well keep it" and then when I call you out you don't like it and whine! Even now you haven't actually said when I will receive my refund.

I ordered at 21.2.24, payed with PayPal. But it seemed that it was cancelled from evenstrokes instantly, because i've got refund information from PayPal. But at 28.2.24 the refund was cancelled. I've tryed to contact, but no answer until today.
Meanwhile i had to order from other store. This behavior is not perfect to stay in business.

My son incorrectly ordered the wrong parts, we have emailed 3 times, phoned on countless times and left lots of text messages! NO REPLY. Emails directed to Emma at Even Strokes - nothing !! I will send back the part tomorrow by recorded delivery and pray they will refund my son his money !!
