Disappointement…
- the water system doesnt work (tab seems to be broken)
- no tea towel for drying dishes
- we had to buy a charging device for the 12V-port as the only usb-port in the front charges the phones so slowly that it probably takes the whole day for one device…
- we felt kind of pressured to buy the extra insurance as the staff-member told us, we would have to pay 3000$ even if there was only a little scratch in the windscreen. We really dont think that this is fair. Paying the repair should be enough.
- The light in the van turns off after 5 minutes, so we werent able to cook or even read after sunset
- the camping equipment and interior design is very „minimalistic“ to put it in a nice word

Thanks for leaving a review, however this is not applicable to Event Campers as we are an online aggregator of vehicles and do not supply the vehicles. You booked an Apricot Rentals vehicle, and will need to lodge your complaint through to them directly. You also did not purchase the liability reduction option with us, only adding this on later once collecting your vehicle with the supplier.
We apologise for your concerns with this vehicle and hope you have enjoyed your travels outside of this.
