Don’t take the trial.
Don’t take the trial.
I took a trial and cancelled 2 days late ( my fault) however I wrote to eventcreate to explain the situation and got a robotic response that the policy is not to refund. Poor service from a company who obviously has no confidence people would take the product without trials that have no leeway when cancelling within a day or two. I now am stuck with a year’s subscription to something that does not meet my needs.

We totally understand that sometimes you can forgot to cancel a free trial and we definitely do offer leeway if you forget to cancel.
We were unable to provide a refund in this particular case since you actively used the platform for your event after your free trial had already ended. Had you only used the platform during the free trial or only used the platform in a testing capacity, we would of course have refunded your payment.

It was easy for me to create an event on the site, and it looked very nice and professional. For me, this is the most convenient event planning site and I recommend that you try it.
Even if you have questions, you can write about it in the chat and they will immediately answer you. I personally checked it myself.

Super easy to use, low cost, provided a beautiful product
I was originally just looking for a way to make an rsvp for my teams holiday party, when I found Eventcreate.com. Not only did they offer a great option for the RSVP services I needed but they made it SO user friendly and easy to create a beautiful site that went with it. I know very little about creating and making sites and they made me look like an expert!
