Great service and exceptional quality product
These guys were great - they delivered everything they promised and more. I ordered a fitted tablecloth from them and only had a vague idea of the design I wanted. Their designers let me go back and forth multiple times (annoyingly so, I imagine) until I was happy with how it looked, and then the tablecloth itself arrived unexpectedly speedily. When it came the colour wasn't what I wanted, but they jumped in and offered to replace it. Would definitely recommend them - they went above and beyond.

Fast & efficient shipping time
Fast & efficient shipping time. Excellent design support from the Event Display team who were able to bring our ideas to life.
The only side note is that our banner arrived slightly stained due to the way it was packaged. It seemed that the print was folded onto itself which meant the ink bled slightly onto other parts of the fabric. Though not a major issue as we can wash the banner.

Price match not guaranteed
I got a number of quotes and since Event Display was close, but not the best quote, and they have a "price match guarantee," I kept updating them with the competing quotes. Their answer was, "we cannot match that quote." It was for the same dimensions and same specifications. Basically, their price match guarantee means... nothing and IMO should be removed from the website. They get the right of reply to competing quotes and offer nothing in return.

Our order was incorrect
Our order was incorrect - wrong artwork on one tablecloth (2 identical tablecloths instead of 2 tablecloths each with a different logo) and both tablecloths missing a zip. A replacement was provided but they did not arrive in time for our event. Very disappointed.
