Genuinely can't fault this company. Their customer service is unmatched - they were quick to respond and resolve any queries I had, even adjusting my order on very very short notice. They were super understanding with an issue i had with the venue not allowing access on the day of return. Deposit was refunded almost instantly. I would highly recommend

Accurate, punctual and pristine.
Hired everything needed for a lunch for 55 guests in central London. Arrived on time, was well packed and complete. Collected the day after again on time. Minor deductions from deposit confirmed promptly and remaining deposit returned.

Party Glasses
We hired a large quantity of glasses for my wife's 50th. When I turned up I was greeted immediately, and help with our order. I was in and out in a few minutes. On return the same thing. the guys who checked all the glasses were friendly and funny, and made the whole experience very pleasant. If I stood alone for a second, someone would come along and make sure I was taken care of. What amazing customer care, which makes such a difference. I would highly recommend these guys.

Flawless Service
We ordered some champagne glasses for an event. Very easy process. Glasses were delivered the day before the event and collected after. The deposit was refunded immediately. Very good value too!

Super efficient
We hired some glasses and crockery for a post-funeral gathering. From the hiring and booking online to the picking up of the items, to the dropping off again - the whole experience was super efficient and straightforward. Would definitely recommend using Event Hire UK again.

Very quick and efficient.
I rang Eventhire on the Monday morning to get tables and chairs delivered on the Wednesday for an event on the Thursday. They were able to arrange this quickly and efficiently. Everything was delivered as requested on time and picked up the day after the event. My deposit was returned within a few days of the collection. It couldn’t have been easier. Very impressed.

Truck and driver arrived on time and were well turned out.

We hired 73 tables
We hired 73 tables, 750 seats and 450 outdoor seats for a large corporate cricket event in York last week.
They were delivered on time, collected on time and without any challenges or fuss. It took all the stress away from the event. Highly recommend.
