Beware of this company!
Beware of this company!! once you fill out a credit card authorization form to pay for deposit to reserve a tent or any other event relatable items, after charging the half deposit, they will charge the full amount the next day without your approval, and even prior to delivery or installation of their tent. Even though their agreement says they will charge the final balance after the event is over and tent has been removed from the property. They showed us photos of a fancy grand event tent, but sent an old, stained, ripped, torn, with holes everywhere, incomplete set up and missing parts from our order. When we complained to them, they made promises to reimburse but failed to return our money and stopped all communications with us. Their delivery trucks are very big & heavy & will badly damage your driveways, and they will not help in any way. They have a very poor rating with BBB. They are grossly misleading customers. They asked us to sign the agreement using deceit & trickery of a product and service they did not intend to even deliver.
