Appalling service. Just appalling!

I bought a beanie that was supposed to be an Alpaca job.
Well, it did have 5% Alpaca in it, but IMO it was misrepresentation.
Returned the item. Waited for a reply. Waited. Rang the company. The girl on the phone is a professional at being so quiet, and an accent to make things worse. I supplied my email but I've had to give up as they simply refuse to respond.
If you want really crappy service, this is the outfit to use?!!!
Update: No update. No reply. "Another" pack of under-achievers!
