DESPITE CONSTANTLY TELLING THEM I DID NOT WANT THEIR PRODUCT[24 HRS LATE] THEIR DRIVER TOOK THE MESSAGE I PUT ON DOOR TO INFORM HIM OF THIS?HE THREW MESSAGE ON FLOOR THEN PUT PRODUCT IN MY WASTE BIN WITHOUT NOTE OF EXPLANATION.....TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Bk in September my husband used this around window frames of my newly built shed. Everbuild brown exterior sealant.Now its november and its raining alot. Guess what after all this time the sealant has gone soft like putty and decided to wash away and run down the frames. Its had enough good weather prior to fully cure and it hasnt. My shed windows leaked inside and im pretty annoyed . Its took no time at all the scrape away the remaining what was left and its absolutely a poor product,that claims to be exterior and weatherproof! Now we are replacing with Soudal all weather silicone . Will never buy this again. Wasted time and money.

I called in today with a query about a delivery we had just received, I spoke with William who was fantastic! He was friendly, polite & solved my query immediately. Thank you William!

I asked them to send me a replacement lid and applicator for a superglue bottle that had become stuck but they couldn't do that.

Submitted a complaint, about a faulty product, via their own web form.
I didn't even receive a reply. None

A product suitable for external use, takes over 5 days to cure, otherwise it washes away in rain
This information needs to be on the front of the product tube

Customer service nil. Helpfulness nil.
Terrible company to ask for help.
Thank God not all company's are like this.

I bought mortar tone ever build buff colour for a little concrete base. I spent £50 on it and gave it to the contractor who followed the instructions by the book and added the maximum dose recommended so we could expect a nice buff colour. I used the mortar to avoid having to paint the concrete.
This product has not worked! I have thrown down the drain £50. The concrete is grey, just like if I did not use anything.
I have tried to contact ever build customer service and they just sent me an email saying they would be in touch with me, that was over 10 days ago.
All in all I am going to avoid this company in the future. I have seen that the product does not work and they don’t even seem to bother to respond

Bought the BlackJack bitumen felt & roof adhesive to lay some new felt on a shed roof. Painted directly onto the wood (as says it can be) and then endured 2 days of the stuff dripping down into the shed, ruining everything it came into contact with. Was told by their technical department it should only be laid onto existing felt and that i should have downloaded a data sheet to explain this. No mention of this on the tin itself. Awful stuff, avoid at all cost.

Purchased Everbuild Stixall to secure 0.5mm wire mesh to brickwork. Did not adhere at all. What a waste of money!

I bought a large tub of Everbuild tile adhesive and started tiling. The instructions say allow 72 hours for the adhesive to cure - too long - after 48 hours the adhesive was as wet as when it had been applied, it showed no signs of curing. I had to remove the tiles, the adhesive washed off the tiles very easily, and I had start again with a different brand of tile adhesive.

What a useless product, it does not do what it says on the tin.
